After finally leaving the front office, he walked around our building to an open garage bay, went inside, and attempted to speak to our mechanics to get access to the GM's office. He then walked directly into the GM's office from the back. This behavior was highly unprofessional and showed a clear disregard for our company's protocols and for my role at the front desk.
