She provided what seemed like every service option imaginable for both exterior and interior washing from a car wash with pamphlets, explanations thereof, the works. With that noted, I was mission driven and wanted only to have a full clean of the interior without any unnecessaries. She priced it out to something fair, set expectations of a handful of hours to include drying the cloth upholstry, etc. When I returned, the car was in immaculate condition, and Autumn was there to answer any further questions I had. The detailing service I received was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the video clearly shows the technician washing my Tesla with a bucket of water that had little to no suds something that should never happen in a professional detail. The entire job looked rushed and careless, with none of the attention to detail I expected. The quality was far below what I experienced the first time, and the difference was drastic.
