This really made it simple for me and it is a great service. The technician came out the next morning on time, after calling me a half hour before to let me know when he would arrive. He had the old windshield out and the new one in in about one hour of time. He did a great job and did not damage my car at all, and left it clean. My new windshield looks great, does not leak and, surprisingly, was not any hassle at all. While this company is called Glass Doctor, it is all also known as Harmon Auto Glass. I was at the front desk and informed him that our general manager was busy with customers and not available to speak. I offered to take his business card and pass it to our corporate office, which handles all vendor and subcontractor relationships. The owner was very persistent and demanding, repeatedly asking to see the GM even after I explained he was busy. After finally leaving the front office, he walked around our building to an open garage bay, went inside, and attempted to speak to our mechanics to get access to the GM's office. He then walked directly into the GM's office from the back. This behavior was highly unprofessional and showed a clear disregard for our company's protocols and for my role at the front desk. We would never recommend or use a business that operates in such a disrespectful manner.
