    Got our internet and TV package installed this week. The Tech they sent was not very knowledgeable and took a very long time to install. Once installed it is working just fine with 450 mps on the download. They also have an app that allows you to stream TV channels which is pretty nice.

    Ok as big as Spectrum is they only have two employees working for ALL services (I'm talking, asking a question about a bill, buying a new phone and transferring all their data, returning a box, requesting a box, questions about how to work their phone, etc)! This store is packed with 10 customers waiting! I just want to pick up another cable box. Ug!!!! What was even more disconcerting was the fact that the "Assistant Manager" laughed with another employee when a customer walked in, looked at how many people were waiting, then walked out.

    This was the email confirmation reflecting the service and charges.

    Moved in sept 24, only internet available was Spectrum, I had called Hometown and was told they…read moredidn't service my area! Fast forward to April 25, talked with Rod owner of company! And he said they did. So I went filled out paperwork. He stated he had 2 towers and told me the one he wanted to use. Probably be a month he said,, I stated I'd be in Maine working so had all summer. When I arrived back and checked back in it was a your on list, trying to work on storm damage! OK on 2 different times I rescued calls setting up service app, both canceled by Rod mornings of both, Nov of last yr he's having surgery, probably be at least 6wks... I called this week Feb 26, he called back and started in on phone I'm banned from everything getting service for a post on Facebook blog that I wrote. As he was trying to cover himself by going back to when I was told on phone they didn't service my area people witnessed him in person telling he did. I posted is on FB and when I retured his call he was unreal on phone bared for life!! He was still talking but I hung up phone! Hometown Wireless canceled multiple appointments and hasn't followed up. Time to explore other options and give them a 0-star review Hometown wireless differently fall below ....

Also they charge extra for streaming but don't tell you that up front. This is the worse buisness I have ever dealt with. Their service is not even a 1. The owner told us he would never give us our money back. Very mean man. Buyer beware.

There should be records to tell me what contractor was in my yard. Having a fur baby for 13 yrs they are family.. not just a dog.. UPDATE: it's been 5 days this company finally got back to me with a forward pic stating the contractor took a pic of deceased animal saying that's the way they found him.. How Cold!! But there isn't any remains.. what happened to them.. (5) days later the field operator forwards this pic #2 how cold & where if the remains?? What did Spectrum do with my precious Elvis remains..

As credit cards take percentages of the bill for themselves; this company is not run with any financial knowledge. I have had a overpayment balance for years but now they say, they did not get the money, automatically sent by my bank. The bank proves they sent it but obviously, someone that is suppose to work in collections had misplaced the check. Terrible. I will be changing carriers. Too much money on advertising and not enough on keeping customers.

I moved into a newer apartment complex in New Tampa and chose Frontier as my internet service provider. The customer service, setup, technician service, and service in general were good. No issues. I recently tried to cancel my Frontier internet service because I'm moving out of state after 18 months. First, I checked their website to see if I could transfer service, but it wasn't available. Then I tried to cancel online, only to find out you can't--you have to call an agent. After working a 12‑hour overnight shift, I called customer service, exhausted but determined to cancel by the end of the month. When I finally reached an agent, I explained my situation and asked to cancel. Instead of helping me, he stalled and kept pushing questions and sales pitches. He asked things like how I knew Frontier couldn't cover my new apartment, who was moving into my old place, and whether they'd want Frontier service. I told him repeatedly that I didn't have that information and that I just needed my service canceled. No matter how many times I asked, he ignored me, kept putting me on hold, and followed what felt like a script designed to keep me as a customer rather than listening to me. I was frustrated, exhausted, and felt completely unheard. All I wanted was a straightforward cancellation, but instead, I was met with resistance and pressure. Finally, I was not getting satisfaction and ended the call. I called back, luckily got another agent, and got my services cancelled. However, as a consolation prize, Frontier is charging me a $50 restocking fee after 18 months of use. What? So, if you want consistent, good internet service, do not mind the runaround when you wish to cancel your services, and are okay with being penalized a $50 fee for returning the equipment, this is the company for you!     I highly advise you avoid this company…read more After using their service for 4 years, they shut down our service based on the request of the new customers who were purchasing our home from us. I use wireless for my work so I was in a very unpleasant situation the last two weeks of living in our home. This is the only utility company I have ever heard of that shuts down services without speaking to the homeowner first to verify. Then, to top things off, they had the audacity to send us a $58.00 bill, with threat of collection, for a disconnect fee, two months after we left the property. Yes, you read that right - they charged us $58.00 as a final con job and then told us they do this to everyone when they end their service with them.
