I already pay $330 a month for phones and service and was up front I was not looking to drop a ton more into cell phones. 1st issue was that when I bought her phone originally from the AT&T sales rep they had convinced me to get insurance, so when we went in I was hopeful. Nope the sales person but the insurance ONLY on ONE phone and that was mine. First red flag. Then Julian tried to charge it and get it to turn on, no luck. So we went over various options (since I learned I did not have insurance as I should have). He tells me if I get the new iPhone 17 they can give me credit $350 for a new one and my bill would not change. He said the ONLY stipulation was I had to get into the Cloud (which he showed my daughter to do on her new phone) and get the find your phone feature removed. He said if we could not get to the cloud to do so then we could take it to the apple store and they can do it. Then bring the phone back and I get the credit. I did JUST that and got that feature removed. Go in to return today and he the ENTIRE story has now changed! No credit, oh wait he offered me $23 I asked THREE times before I left "are you sure if I get that removed and bring it back I get the credit, even with it being broke" he said YES each time! They tell you whatever to get the sale and then do not follow through! This is the THIRD time I have gone to this store and been LIED to. Either about the insurance, the bill totals my bill will be after making adjustments, and now this! When I ask to have him call a manager he said his manager was on PTO and they were left with no one else to contact...I run a business...this is a joke. He could have called someone but then he would have to explain how he told me whatever needed to get the sale 3 weeks ago. They are dishonest and I look forward to switching to another carrier who will GLADLY take my 5 lines, and all future business needs I plan to have! Do NOT recommend!

I specifically asked him if I had to pay for it, he said no it comes with the phone. Now I got my new bill and $100 worth of charges for a phone case and accessories, now it is too late to return.

I placed an order online on 02/26/2026 and came to pick it up on 02/27/2016 in the morning. The system for issuing orders, was not working in this store. They said that catnt So I had to come to this store a second time, where one manager was talking on the phone, two others were serving one person, and another was busy with another family. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked them to assign at least one employee to give me my paid order. They replied that everyone was busy and I had to wait until someone finished serving a customer. After that, I asked why they didn't respect me and my time. After all, my task was to pick up my order, and you had two managers working with one family. After that, I was accused of disrespecting the employees, even though at that moment an employee could have given me my order, but she preferred to chat instead of giving me my order. I've been a customer with…read moreVerizon for 25+ years and never experienced such a dishonest and rude experience where I truly felt taken advantage of. I went in to upgrade my iphone and with that there was a promotion for a "free watch". The manager of the store told me that I had to leave for about an hour and then come back and report my old watch stolen. I told my daughter this and she said to go home that sounded sketchy as she just did the same upgrade and promo as was not told to do that. Plus why should I even be turning in or reporting my old watch stolen when I am getting a new FREE watch without trade in. Afterwards I called back the store a few days later as I realized on my account it showed me PAYING for this watch. The same manager Mike that helped me said I'll have to call support for them to basically fix what he messed up. When I called support they confirmed there was NEVER any promo applied. I truly could not feel more disappointed and taken advantage of. I will be reconsidering even staying a Verizon customer moving forward.
