I had told her what exactly I was needing, I was needing two colors mixed together into one 1 gallon can. She proceeded to ask me if those colors were going into 2 separate paint cans. NO. I did tell her the location of where I got this exact paint, the Penn location. I told her what account it would be under and everything. She tells me she will call and get the information she was needing. Great. My boyfriend calls me 5 mins later (because he was picking it up for me) and says that all they said was "can't do it". Didn't even tell him why. Very frustrated and was needing that paint asap. Will definitely not be coming back to this location.

I LOVE Rifle Paper Co, and it was so fun to see so much of it in stock here. I really didn't know anyone carried it locally, but I also haven't ever really looked for wallpaper before, so what do I really know? They are also just super helpful. It's basically the opposite experience to going to a big box store. Everyone in here cares that you're here, wants to help, wants to get you all taken care of. And, it seems like, unlike some other paint stores I've been in, they don't mind helping someone who is about as far from a professional painter as you can get. I have literally no idea what I'm doing, but they were helpful and nice. I've been in paint stores before where they literally didn't talk to you if you weren't in coveralls and have paint under your nails. This seems like a shop that is equally happy to help professionals as it is to help a professional dilettante like me!

I buy pre catalyzed lacquer, spray toners as well as touch up markers and fill & blend sticks. We tend to go through some colors of our touch up kit quickly so there are always things we need to fill in the gaps. Plus, I don't have to pay hazrdous shipping rates since I'm not ordering online! Big online store that starts with an A charges double for the aerosols, pretending it's free shipping but instead you are paying hazmat fees. Munger Paint looks like a modest sized store on the outside but it's amazing how much they have once you walk in the door.
