I took a picture of the product you can clearly see in that picture where I had taken the one off the shelf, and there were still more behind it. When I did the review I was contacted and I was told that whatever it scans is the price it is. Long story short they are closing the store. I decided to go back in there and take a peek and the item that they told me was more than the price. It was listed on it. They still have that price underneath that item that makes no sense to me, especially when the so-called manager told me that a customer probably put it there. Well a customer did not stock those shelves and to go in there after all the complaining I did to see that that same price is still under that product. It's probably a good thing that this store is closing that being said it is the fault of Westlake for allowing people to carry their name, and I am not done with them and I am not done with this I will continue to post this over all social media accounts to make sure that Westlake understands you allow people to carry your name. You are responsible for that.

When I gave it to my husband for his birthday he noticed it was used, rusted, and still had fuel in it. We called the store Manager CRAIG and his response was "Call Stihl, you have a warranty!!!" Was a total asshole on the phone, lied and said he didn't have another NEW one in stock. We went up there immediately and discovered he DID have another new one in stock. He proceeded to hand it over without even apologizing or transferring the warranty over to the new serial number. If this store cares at all about its customers and service, I think they should maybe rethink keeping Craig on as Manager. He was incredibly rude and unapologetic- a total lying asshole.
