That's not my fault they should've honored the price. They did not do that. Proceeded to argue with me over it. I do not recommend this place to any one. There are other stores that you can go to such as Lowe's or Home Depot but what the price as it is is the price you don't find things stocked under the wrong price.

I did a review on this place a month to two months ago. I had gone in there to get weed killer for…read moremy yard and when I took it to the register, it was more than the price it was underneath and the girl tried to get a hold of whoever else in the store asked if there was some sales she didn't know about, etc. I went over there. I took a picture of the product you can clearly see in that picture where I had taken the one off the shelf, and there were still more behind it. When I did the review I was contacted and I was told that whatever it scans is the price it is. Long story short they are closing the store. I decided to go back in there and take a peek and the item that they told me was more than the price. It was listed on it. They still have that price underneath that item that makes no sense to me, especially when the so-called manager told me that a customer probably put it there. Well a customer did not stock those shelves and to go in there after all the complaining I did to see that that same price is still under that product. It's probably a good thing that this store is closing that being said it is the fault of Westlake for allowing people to carry their name, and I am not done with them and I am not done with this I will continue to post this over all social media accounts to make sure that Westlake understands you allow people to carry your name. You are responsible for that.

When I gave it to my husband for his birthday he noticed it was used, rusted, and still had fuel in it. We called the store Manager CRAIG and his response was "Call Stihl, you have a warranty!!!" Was a total asshole on the phone, lied and said he didn't have another NEW one in stock. We went up there immediately and discovered he DID have another new one in stock. He proceeded to hand it over without even apologizing or transferring the warranty over to the new serial number. If this store cares at all about its customers and service, I think they should maybe rethink keeping Craig on as Manager. He was incredibly rude and unapologetic- a total lying asshole. I've requested a refund or store credit and have been more than willing to purchase another refrigerator from this store, but they are unwilling to offer this as an option. They've told me they would issue a refund if the manufacturer would provide an RA number, which the manufacturer says they do not do. Lowe's offered to add on a protection plan to resolve my issue, which I agreed to, so they refunded the initial charge, then charged it back with the protection plan. Since adding the protection plan, they have told me they are unable to repair the refrigerator, and the manufacturer needs to make the repair. The manufacturer has sent out a technician who is unable to make a repair and I am stuck in limbo. This Lowe's has been unwilling to offer a refund or solution of any kind to a refrigerator they sold. This is the worst purchasing and customer service experience of my entire life. I would never make a significant purchase with this store.

He refused to assemble the furniture and and left everything blocking the backyard gate. I reported a complaint to corporate and they emailed me back trying to set up a time to come assemble the furniture, but by that time I had already hired someone else to do it for me. That same night there was a huge flooding scare in OKC, so I'm grateful for the other company who helped me out. Home Depot refused to give me a discount but offered me a $50 gift card instead.
