He personally delivered the battery and then taught me how to use the tools safely, as well as how/when/why to charge the batteries (yes, it matters). I am so utterly grateful for his kindness that I don't know what to say. These tools would have been useless to me without these lessons. I'll be going back.

He refused to assemble the furniture and and left everything blocking the backyard gate. I reported a complaint to corporate and they emailed me back trying to set up a time to come assemble the furniture, but by that time I had already hired someone else to do it for me. That same night there was a huge flooding scare in OKC, so I'm grateful for the other company who helped me out. Home Depot refused to give me a discount but offered me a $50 gift card instead. He stated that he does not know how to assist, but there is usually someone around. Loaded 4 sacks of mulch. Two cashiers and one floor person sitting and talking about a football game. Had to ask for someone to ring me up. Have recently ask an employee where to find something and they just literally looked at me shook their head and walked off. Got to find a better hardware store.
