I am an older female who hasn't mowed a lawn in decades. I was absolutely clueless and told the store manager as such when I called to share that a battery was missing in the order. He personally delivered the battery and then taught me how to use the tools safely, as well as how/when/why to charge the batteries (yes, it matters). I am so utterly grateful for his kindness that I don't know what to say. These tools would have been useless to me without these lessons. I'll be going back.

For the safety of your family, I strongly suggest that you inspect any Lowe's appliance installers' work before they leave your home. I only found that the Lowe's installers' work was deficient when I later moved to dryer to clean behind it.
