We called this week checking on it and the owner basically laughed at us and told us it was "somewhere outside" and they hadn't touched it since we dropped it off and no parts had been ordered and they didn't have time to talk to us about it. The trimmer was sitting outside in the weather the entire time it's been there and is definitely worse than it was when we dropped it off. I won't be surprised if they've completely ruined our $350 machine. Do not give these people your business, there are plenty of businesses that actually value the customer in the area. When I demanded an itemized breakdown, the price dropped to $971, but it included a mandatory 2-hour diagnostic fee ($149/hr). Because I brought the mower in with a clearly diagnosed, isolated issue, a lengthy diagnostic charge was entirely unwarranted. No Rental Support: Despite moving to a massive new facility across the highway, they lacked a rental fleet to support customers while their machines were backlogged in service.
