We called a manger who was not helpful at all in finding out what happened and told us that they would email the buyer to get our fridge back, which is compete lies. There was NO apology or nothing.

7/31/2026 They sold us a Whirlpool refrigerator that NEVER…read moreworked from the day of installation. It tripped EVERY breaker it was plugged into. The repairman they sent claimed "the issue was our house" (never-mind that one of his tests was to the outlet the fridge had JUST TRIPPED & he claimed we had no power...) he NEVER tested the fridge. We put in a claim with Whirlpool and they sent a different repairman who ALSO NEVER TESTED the fridge, but claimed it was our house when the fridge blew the breaker under 90 seconds. Our electrician stated that each outlet is pulling 118v which is standard. Never-mind that the new fridge replaced a KitchenAid fridge which had performed the last three years in the very same spot. The issue appears to be that the new fridge cannot run on a GFI breaker. It only runs when it's plugged into an outlet with a non-GFI breaker. ASK YOURSELF, "HOW DO I KNOW THE FRIDGE IS THE PROBLEM AND TWO SUPPOSED REPAIRMEN WITH JUST THE ONE JOB DO NOT?"

In November 2025 I purchased a dishwasher from here. Within a day of the installation the dishwasher fell back into cabinets because it was never actually installed just placed in the hole. They did send guys out to fix it but never inspected the rest of the installation. Here I am just a little over the 90 day installation window and the dishwasher is still not mounted correctly and the drawers are falling forward every time I open the dishwasher. I understand the installation warranty is over but use some common sense and have an ounce of care for the customer and take responsibility for the poor service that was provided in the first place. Unfortunately I won't be returning any longer.

We changed direction and walked into B&J's. We saw the exact model we were looking for and he said he was simply waiting for several to be delivered. Within one week we had our refrigerator in the house and cooling our food--protecting us from spoilage. Without the fast help and pleasant experience of working with them, we would still be suffering from melted ice cream, moldy food and daily trips to Walmart (which is almost worse than rotten food in itself). Thanks for the great service! Edit: My wife thought I should emphasize the awesome customer service an great prices. We're looking at upgrading our range in the next year and will not even be looking elsewhere.

He set up a replacement fridge at their store to make sure that it was working and cooling before it was delivered to me, that way I wouldn't be stuck in the same situation. He also saw that I had lost a lot of food due to not having a working fridge and offered to send me a check to replace my food. I really did not expect a reimbursement and that means a lot to me that he would do that. I'm excited to have a working fridge again! ]]] I have been very disappointed with the customer service and quality of items purchased at this location. I have also talked to friends and family who were disappointed with their service. I had a new fridge delivered on Friday that still has not begun cooling 3 days later. I called Saturday after it had been running 24 hours and was told to turn the freezer down all the way (the installer had it on the medium coolness while the fridge was on the coldest setting) and wait 24 hours then call back. They should have just sent someone out here to check it out that day since they knew they were closed on Sundays and that it had already been over 24 hours with no cooling at all. I called back today (after all the food I had put in a 3-day cooler had been ruined) and they said they'd pass it on to the installer who would get back to be within 1-2 hours (which I doubt since he was supposed to show up 1-5 PM on Friday and didn't show up until close to 6 PM). I get the feeling like this issue will still not be solved today. It seems like their customer service plan is to ignore their customer's problems and hope that they go away. I will be telling everyone I know that they should not do any business with this company.
