She found a manufacturer out of North Carolina that had the EXACT sofa I was hoping to buy. And then, instead of point me to a hundreds/thousands of fabric samples to pick from, she asked me questions and started narrowing it down for me. She worked with me until I had picked out the PERFECT fabric. She has great insights, great design ideas, and she is super friendly! That was indeed not true of the light bulbs that we received from Tabor but lifestyles does have a lifetime warranty on light bulbs of different varieties at a very low price. It is an amazing deal. We were upset that Tabor Homes was dishonest (we even called them that day to clarify and they lied to us then too) but we were happy we found this place. We will be buying all of our lights here. They lost a star because their employees are not welcoming or friendly AT ALL. They do not greet customers, smile or engage in positive customer service. It is very strange. The light fixtures are beautiful, definitely very expensive though.

However, everything went downhill when we moved and I tried to get service with them again. I got hung up on repeatedly and could never leave a message. It was so strange and I brought this to their attention. I work during the week and needed to leave a message on the weekend. There should be a way to do that. The owner is pretty responsive although not great at customer service. I decided to give them another chance bc they did a great job on my lawn previously. I could never get a quote on the area I requested and kept telling them I wasn't getting a response. I dropped it and chose a different company. Fast forward to today, i gave them yet another chance because crappy communication doesn't equal bad work. I wanted them to fix my sprinkler system and they sent a guy out who had no idea what was going on. He turned on my sprinklers and starts digging holes everywhere, nowhere near the leak. When he arrived I told him where it was and pointed and he nodded his head. I went out to tell him to turn the sprinklers off because he won't see the leak if all the grass is wet and we had previously turned our water off so everything was dry. He then turned MORE sprinkers on that were spraying on me while I was trying to direct him. He then told me he speaks very little English. Totally not his fault but the office should have made sure he had interpretation for directions and for me to tell him what was going on. The office didn't answer when I called to try to get some translation so I called the owner. He told me "this guy knows what he is doing" (despite other reviews I now just read about their irrigation). I mentioned I was paying hourly for him to walk around my back yard when the leak was in my front yard. The owner said how about we just part ways and I'll pull my guy. I set aside the whole morning for this and was majorly inconvenienced and hurt by that response. FORTUNATELY I called another guy who said it shouldn't have been done that way. He is going to come out and look at the leak the proper way and then give me an estimate rather than an hourly rate to dig holes all over my yard. I am so glad that guy left and I do appreciate they didn't charge me (although the guy only did more damage than good) because he DID NOT know what he was doing. Reading other reviews it seems like Evergreen could do a lot better if they work on clear communication.

When notified of their "error," they sent another person the following day. That person spent five minutes on a larger-than-average yard. When confronted, he said he spent 30 minutes on the yard. Do not waste your dollars with this company.

After I told him what I needed he said go straight to the cashier tell them what you need and they will ring it up. Sure enough I did exactly what he said made my purchase and then followed the road to the back to pick up what I purchased. I wish I would have grabbed his name because he knew what I needed after in told him. Sure beats walking around the store aimlessly!
