Upon arrival, I was greeted and waited for someone to come assist me. Justice came to my rescue and got me hooked up with a new phone, all the needed accessories, and even gave me some helpful tips and tricks. At one point, my phone would not do the necessary updates so Justice and Joshua teamed up to get the issues resolved. The guy helping us (I did not get his name) started asking us why we bought a projector and tried to get us to return the projector to Best Buy and buy a Frame television. So instead of making a commission on a nice speaker for us to connect to our projector, he tried to make a bigger sale with a television that we did not want. Once we indicated that we were not interested......HE WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN HELPING US. Such a disappointing experience.
