Joey always answered my texts, took my calls, or returned them quickly--which is rare to find these days and meant so much to me. I ran into a lot of issues with a painter who didn't do the prep work properly, and I knew it wasn't the paint. Joey came out multiple times, gave me expert guidance, and explained exactly what needed to be done to fix the situation. He worked hand in hand with Wayne at the Warr Acres store on NW Expressway, and together they made sure the new painters had everything they needed. The difference in the results is night and day--I couldn't be happier! The knowledge, professionalism, and customer care at Spectrum Paint are truly outstanding. They didn't just sell me paint; they educated me, supported me through the entire process, and genuinely cared about the outcome. I will only buy my paint here from now on. I LOVE Rifle Paper Co, and it was so fun to see so much of it in stock here. I really didn't know anyone carried it locally, but I also haven't ever really looked for wallpaper before, so what do I really know? They are also just super helpful. It's basically the opposite experience to going to a big box store. Everyone in here cares that you're here, wants to help, wants to get you all taken care of. And, it seems like, unlike some other paint stores I've been in, they don't mind helping someone who is about as far from a professional painter as you can get. I have literally no idea what I'm doing, but they were helpful and nice. I've been in paint stores before where they literally didn't talk to you if you weren't in coveralls and have paint under your nails. This seems like a shop that is equally happy to help professionals as it is to help a professional dilettante like me!

I buy pre catalyzed lacquer, spray toners as well as touch up markers and fill & blend sticks. We tend to go through some colors of our touch up kit quickly so there are always things we need to fill in the gaps. Plus, I don't have to pay hazrdous shipping rates since I'm not ordering online! Big online store that starts with an A charges double for the aerosols, pretending it's free shipping but instead you are paying hazmat fees. Munger Paint looks like a modest sized store on the outside but it's amazing how much they have once you walk in the door.
