Long story short, I've had several issues on my very first visit! Been trying to get a hold of the store manager and regional manager, no one has been able to get this issue corrected. OR return my call. Extremely upset with my experience. We will not be moving forward in our expansion/ renovations with them. Long story, but first of all, this place has culture and customer service problems. Anyways my company is expanding through several locations and building a new corporate location. We placed an order at this location with Lance for a specific quartz tile because we have a project that was already started with the same tile. As soon as I get there to pay for the order, it was already messed up ENTIRELY! They tried charging me for 1400 square feet rather than the 140 the order was placed for. Thought it was a simply fat-finger mistake so I overlook and they voided the transaction. It didn't seem to be something that was out of the ordinary around here. They took a bit to round the order and put it in my car. I meet with the contractors as they started to unpack and realized this wasn't our order!! I called to let them know I was returning and Pro Services hung up on me twice and couldn't get through any other department.. terribly customer service. Pretty frustrated being that I wasted all that time and just to go back and waste more gas during thick traffic time... I got back we get it unpacked. I talked to one of the store managers, Jeremy, on his way out for the day which is something that was made apparent. Everyone has stressful days, overlooked, whatever. He said they would waive the shipping cost if they didn't have it in stock which they "always have on hand" - my luck, they were out. Daisha and Verdeen called around to find what I needed (keep in mind this was an order for a project that was suppose to start tomorrow). During that time I was given the personal cell phone number of the Store Manager and the Regional Vice President, which is the first time that has ever happened at any establishment I've ever been to. I called both twice since this was more so an emergency because the project was tomorrow. No one answer. I left VM and no one returned. Daisha found what I needed was in Tulsa. I was thinking Jeremy was gonna get it all taken care of as far as shipping to get everything corrected for me. I was told I was gonna get majority of my price waived due to all the issues I've had and shipping taken care of (at least that's what they were telling me I deserved) .... coincidentally Tulsa location couldn't do shipping because it was a new store. No one offered to go get it or anything, which most places do especially considering everything I've gone through so far. It was close to close, I haven't heard back for any manager, and I still have no resolution. I'm running out of time, I had no option but to choose from what they had. I pick the next closest thing. They contact Jeremy about how to handle the sale after the discounts a was told I would be receiving - he don't approve anything to be done as it wasn't their fault they didn't have the right tile in stock after my order was placed for this tile. I leave with no resolution, no tile, and no call back. Needless to say but our company will no longer be using this company for anything.

We are redoing the kitchen backsplash and i googled our caulk we needed. I had two options: 1. Lowes pay $22 per bottle or this place had The exact same option for seven dollars!! I placed my order online and chose store pick up, I got an email confirmation within a few hours stating that the order was ready for pick up. The store is very hidden it's behind the at home store if you type in their physical address it will take you to the wrong location and you'll drive around like an idiot and have to call the store which is what i had to do. I wish in their email they mentioned that pickup is a different location and you don't even need to go inside the actual physical store front of the store. After getting back in my car and driving around i am in the store pickup side everything is super clean free large ice machine for any contractors buying items and soda machines. I waited for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence then when i did i got someone who didn't know what they were doing had to find someone else... Ten min later a different associate came saying no order was under that name not very friendly, luckily i had my email confirmation and there was my order under same name. I feel like some of the employees don't know how to work different areas of the store. Amazing prices and very clean facility just have patience.

I love this place! I am designer and home builder, and have shopped in pretty much every flooring store out there and this place is now my go-to. Angie (designer) is a God send and has saved me so much time and energy. My schedule was extremely busy last week so I contacted Angie to schedule her with one of my clients. I sent her some photos of the design concept and gave her a budget to work with. This client has eccentric taste so I was a bit concerned about what we would end up with! It turns out I had nothing to worry about. Angie helped her pick out some beautiful pieces that complemented our design perfectly and stayed within the budget. My client had nothing but great things to say about Angie and was over the moon with her choices. I scheduled an appointment this afternoon with Angie to go over a few things for an upcoming project and to place a backsplash order. She was again helpful as always and quick to offer suggestions. The only complaint that I have is that we were constantly interrupted by other store employees one whom I think may have been a manager, needing her help or saying they had other clients waiting. She assured me that I didn't need to rush but I did feel guilty about the other people waiting so I ended up leaving before I had everything picked out. I'm not sure if Angie is the only designer there but I definitely think they need more people or the other staff should be more available to help. It seemed that there were many employees sitting around, at or near the pro desk doing nothing. All in all, I still love this store. They have the biggest selection and some very beautiful options to keep up to date with the newest trends. Pickup is easy and can be scheduled through the app. They don't offer builder/designer discounts which stinks but they do have a points system for rewards and such. The prices are pretty good and quality varies. I do recommend checking your orders and actually putting an eye on the tiles as the quality control is sometimes lacking in production. Luckily you can return any single tile so if you come across something messed up (ie: glue all over the stackable stone, bowed tile) just pull it out and return it.

We were there on an overcast Friday, so they weren't busy. Every employee was masked, said hello, asked if we needed help, and then left us alone when we explained we were just kicking tires. While there are certainly some high end things, we were pleasantly surprised by the prices on some things, like lighting. We found many fixtures that we liked that were in our price range. I'm not sure what more I could ask for in visiting a showroom. I got lots of ideas, as well as an idea of what I can and cannot afford. I left with several catalogues. I was never pressured at all, nor was I made to feel like I was in the way for not being a serious customer, rolling in with dimensions and timelines. I can't wait until I'm far enough along in my project to show up with my binder and my checkbook!

That…read moreexperience was fantastic, we were shown only items that fit within our budget and when we needed to compromise on some items due to cost we weren't made to feel like we weren't worth their time. Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to the Business Manager who took my info and said she'd look into it. Due to her help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!

My husband and I had came in by ourselves a few weeks before and I was a little overwhelmed and could not decide on anything other than flooring. Denise asked if I had any inspiration pictures and you know what?! I sure do. I opened up Pinterest and then showed what I had in mind. The main flooring options I had selected with my husband were over my budget BUT she found me something super similar, with the texture I was wanting and under budget. Because I've been out here acting like there's no budget and picking all the shiny things my magpie heart desires when we've met with other vendors I was adamant I was not going to go over the budget. Denise was understanding and only showed me things that were in stock and in my budget. Black Hexagon tiles are on trend right now which means it's out of my budget lol. I explained I wanted black/dark tiles because of hair shedding. She picked a few tile options and explained how it would look with the stained cabinets I was thinking of. I didn't even think of that. With her help I picked out the rest of the master bathroom and she suggested I do a small hexagon on the shower floor and niches! Look at compromise. I had no idea what to do with the 2nd bathroom but with Denise's guidance we selected items and they complimented the master bath. I knew I wanted a patterned tile in the powder room and because of some of the choices I made I had a little wiggle room to go up. We found the perfect black and white to add some personality to the powder room. I will be back to pick out backsplash after I pick my countertops but Denise pulled some samples after I mentioned I wanted to do a classic subway tile backsplash. All of the employees were helpful and friendly and they have the good candy at the front desk area. Denise made my entire experience stress free and less scary. Building a home in the middle of a panoramic is already scary enough as it is.

Their work completely exceeded our expectations and the contractors on site were fantastic. We are elated with the results. Neil is an absolutely great carpenter. He is a perfectionist and he will spend whatever time he needs to ensure the job is worthy of EK&B's reputation. Scott was very reliable, we never had to worry if he or the other contractors were going to show up, and he always does a professional job. We were very pleased with his work and his approach. Robert was also great. He oversaw much of the onsite construction and checked regularly to see if we had any questions or concerns. As for Brenda and Megan, well what can we say except that they are the creative keys to a successful project. They helped us every step of the way, offering ideas for our kitchen that we would have never thought to do. They asked the right questions and helped lead us to great choices, much beyond the scope of our original expectations for the remodel. And they provided much more than creativity. Their attention to detail was evident at every meeting and in the Project notebook they created. Everything they do demonstrates true professionalism. We prepared for the final walkthrough by going over the work several times to see what was needed. We only found a few items, which were expeditiously corrected. But when Brenda did the final walkthrough, she added a couple items that we did not notice. She then had these promptly corrected. This is as good an indication of their insistence that the job be of absolutely perfect quality as any praise we can offer. If you want a fantastic job done, you need look no further than EK&B. But the proof of our satisfaction is that we will be contracting with them to remodel our utility room and bathrooms.

As I right this review I am saddened because previously I loved cabinet outlet I worked with them…read moreon projects in the past , in total spent over 11k without issue, however, recently I worked with Mauricio at cabinet outlet , 1. He did a bate a switch on my order, text me pics of my cabinets I ordered , My husband then went in person and they installed completely different cabinets. 2. He showed up late for two schedule appts we rescheduled , then his crew decided to go have lunch an show up a third time late while my husband is waiting for over an hour. 3. Instead of coming out properly measuring . He decided to cut out all my plumbing without even asking if we planed to replace or keep existing. The cabinets measurements were off. None of my contractors could read his plans . He was never available to clarify . 4. I hired a plumber he referred , he then ask me to pay him in advance via Money gram . I did. Then his referred plumber reinstalled plumbing, immediately after it started leaking!! Mauricio comes across kind of lazy , doesn't return phone calls . And he sounds like he's falling asleep when you talk to him. This company overall is a great place to buy cabinets unfortunately some of the staff they have working there, are not very professional. Hey .... Everyone makes a mistake every once in awhile, However, if you due make a mistake , own it! Correct it! And keep it moving. Don't refer people to customers that are not trust worthy . Cabinet Warehouses name and reputation is on the line , when you referred bad vendors!! Also, Measuring is very important ! If you don't bother! the look is never going to turn out right. Anywho , hope this is helpful , my advise if you get bad service there report it to a manager And save yourself a lot if time and headache don't ask Mauricio!!! . It's a great store ! They just need to clean house.!
