We went to Couch + Co after checking out their Facebook page, and we received great customer…read moreservice from Chandler and his brother. They helped us figure out the right couch to fit our space and were extremely kind. After ordering, we were told that the couch would be delivered in 3-4 weeks, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive a call that it would be delivered early! We absolutely love our Mya couch and recommend couch + co to all our friends!

I paid just under $2,000 for a sectional couch and specifically pointed out damage on the floor…read moremodel while in the store. I was assured that the couch being delivered would be a brand new piece, not the damaged floor model. When the couch was delivered, it had damage in the exact same location as the floor model I had pointed out. I was told the couch they delivered came from the Tulsa location. I was skeptical so I asked the delivery driver where he picked up the couch. He picked up the couch at the Okc location. On top of that, the couch arrived missing 8 of the 16 legs. Replacement legs were later delivered, but those were also damaged. I was told a replacement couch and legs would be ordered and delivered within three weeks. Three weeks passed with no updates and no replacement parts. Each contact was initiated by me and with each inquiry the communication consisted mostly of being told the parts were expected "any day." I was offered a floor model, which I declined since I paid for a new couch. After weeks without a proper resolution, I finally submitted a credit card dispute. Interestingly, right after that I was informed replacement parts had suddenly "arrived," which raises questions given the timing. Very disappointing experience. I generally love supporting small businesses, but this situation is a reminder to document everything, every time. I work long hours away from my family to be able to afford purchases like this, so it's incredibly frustrating and disheartening when something that should be straightforward turns into an ongoing issue that feels rooted in dishonesty.

William at Rust and Rot treats you like a friend. When we needed a new dining room table to fit a…read moresmall area, he took the time to listen to our wants and needs and then sketched up a beautiful table that exceeded my expectations. He was honest about his work load and how long we would need to wait for our table. We ordered during his busy season, so we waited about 7 weeks for our custom table. The wait was so worth it!!! It's like he jumped inside my head and created the piece that I wanted but couldn't possibly convey all the details about. The quality of our maple table is top-notch. It is the kind of piece that will be a family heirloom for many generations to come. We could not be more happy with our end product and choice to use Rust and Rot. We will definitely be coming back to them for many many years!

The sales person who took our sofa order was rather cold and detached - surprising for a "sales"…read moreperson. It was comical to us! Then she told us we'd need to pay for delivery, prices, etc. We explained we understood there would be free delivery - which she then admitted but asserted that it'd be better for us to pay because they'd bring the sofa into the home versus "dropping it off on our doorstep", & "there's so much trash, it'd fill our can" (packing material) to dispose of. PRESSURE SALES. Does she derive a commission from paid delivery? Not what we expected when purchasing another piece of furniture from Living Spaces. (Note: Their post delivery survey failed to submit despite 3 completions.)

PLEASE READ THIS before you purchase a warranty from Living Spaces…read more Their warranty is a complete and total scam. I was heavily persuaded to purchase their extended warranty for my sectional. The store reassures you it will cover spills and stains that cannot be removed with the cleaning kit you receive at the time of purchase. We have had zero luck removing the stains. We have also been trying to get this resolved for the last 8 months. We simply wanted to exchange, not a refund. We were sent to the store by Uniters, warranty company. They informed us we would need to settle this in the store. The store redirects you to call Uniters again. Back & forth over and over again. I have read there is a class action lawsuit against Living Spaces. If so, we would love any information anyone has to jump on that. Hopefully no one else becomes scammed by this company.
