This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left. I most certainly would use Adam's Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for Yelp, I won't be needing their services in seeking an appliance repair service company - I've found who I'm sticking with hereafter!!

They set an expectation of a time window and showed up during that time. The man who fixed it, Scott came over three separate times. When diagnosing the fridge we weren't certain what was wrong with it. We opened our ice bin and found a solid block of ice in there and when I pulled it out the arm (lever) broke off entirely. I shut off the water and called for service. Scott showed up, diagnosed it over the phone with videos and pics and brought a new ice maker. When installed, it didn't properly dispense still, and the water nozzle in my fridge wasn't working. Scott came back over a second time, and replaced a piece of equipment where my water filter rests, said it goes out often. That fixed the water. I kept waiting for ice but no ice. He came back over, and determined the new ice maker installed was defective. He commented that this was unfortunately common and he brought a replacement for the replacement. Three visits - one charge. Got the problem solved and made me a very happy person. No more trips to buy ice. No more unfiltered OKC tap water. It works like it's brand new. Would Recommend and thank you so much Scott! I know it was a headache but he didn't ghost us after the first visit and stayed in contact until the job was done. I feel like it wasn't the usual service we'd get from a small business. (I think it's a small business?) They were great.

In November 2025 I purchased a dishwasher from here. Within a day of the installation the dishwasher fell back into cabinets because it was never actually installed just placed in the hole. They did send guys out to fix it but never inspected the rest of the installation. Here I am just a little over the 90 day installation window and the dishwasher is still not mounted correctly and the drawers are falling forward every time I open the dishwasher. I understand the installation warranty is over but use some common sense and have an ounce of care for the customer and take responsibility for the poor service that was provided in the first place. Unfortunately I won't be returning any longer.

After 3 weeks (Sept 5, 2025) of ZERO communication from them (I was the one calling and chasing them!) I ended up having to find someone else as it was August and we needed air as my parents are elderly. On top of that, it wasn't even what they said it was, it ended up being a $100 fix not the "about $900" (unofficial verbal quote) that they guy threw out there. Second incident happened last month (April 8, 2026). We had another claim for our freezer, guy came out and looked at it, told us it needed a part and that he would submit the info to the warranty co. and be back with us in 24-48 hrs. He collected the service call fee and was in the wind from there. I called them several times through the course of the month. Again they NEVER called me to let me know what was up and never returned my calls. I got some lame excuse from the nice lady answering the phone about a dog dying... I get that and its sad but this is business. Either way, after a month of inaction on their part and several calls to the HWC they requested that the claim be reassigned (May 9, 2026). No call, no explanation and I am still stuck with a freezer that isn't working. This company is VERY unprofessional and unreliable. I suggest maybe asking your dad's, neighbors, dog to help you. You'd probably get the job done faster!
