Brittany, who was masked, came…read moreinto my home after I called to have my side by side refrigerator looked at the day before. It's a $99 fee for them to come out and diagnose the problem. She was here for around twenty minutes and found it to be something outside of my price range. She offered a discount and a waiver of my $99 fee but I ultimately passed on a repair. She did not try to sell me anything and only tried to change my mind once. I appreciate the lack of sales since she was in my home.

I called Mr.appliance to give at least a diagnosis of…read morewhat was causing the issues I was dealing with which was my washes not completing washes at all whatsoever. I did the initial troubleshooting so we can narrow down what was causing it. Still the tech was unable to fix what was causing it. We ran 2 quick washes with 0 load on the wash so the issue would not arise. I myself looked through forums and websites that could lead me in the correct direction and it ended up needing to be my washer needed a calibration. I payed 200 (really 194) dollars for someone to come out and tell me something I already knew was going on. With so many years of service I would think that figuring out how to get to the system service mode would be a thing any tech could do. Apparently not. I wish I could get a refund seriously.
