Needed a washer repairing. The tech did a great job, super friendly and efficient (more than the washer). Highly recommended!

American Home shield had AP2 come out to do a repair on our washer. The tech came out and did the repair BUT... didn't hook it back up to verify washer was fixed. I was at worked, my wife was at home and said she told him she wanted to hooked up and tested and he left anyway saying your husband can do it cuz i have nerve damage. I called the office which went straight to the techs cell phone. His excuse is he couldn't lift the washer back onto the platform due of nerve damage in his arm. I told him i am a 20 year service Army Vet with a 100% disability rating! I said how can you expect an older person or a woman to put this washer back into place if you cant? He didn't offer to call another tech to help him or nothing. This is a horrible company with crappy customer service. so now our washer is still not hooked up thanks to AP2. read more

A technician from this unprofessional company and a gentleman named Zach and A.P2 Tech Services. was dispatched to my home; however, upon arrival, I was informed that he was not permitted to work on gas components. This made it impossible for him to fully diagnose or complete the necessary repairs. It is concerning that a technician would be assigned to a gas appliance repair without the authorization or ability to service gas-related components. Additionally, I am currently using a cane, do to physically disability I had to get down On the floor to turn the gas on just for him to look at it. So if you have gas components this is not the right company Then to make matters even worse I was required to order the necessary replacement part myself and wait for it to arrive. After the part was delivered, it took an additional week to receive a response from the company, followed by another four-day delay before a return appointment could be scheduled. The company also provided a nine-hour service window, which is highly inconvenient and difficult to accommodate. When the technician returned, he still would not have been able to complete the gas-related repair. Following a minor misunderstanding, during which the technician stated that I had an "attitude," the company proceeded to cancel the work order entirely. Overall, this experience was frustrating, inefficient, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company for gas-operated appliance repairs, as they appear unable to perform the required work. I plan on posting this garbage unprofessional half company as much as possible. Again Zach is unprofessional who can't do the work. Zach came and diagnosed my microwave and wow what a great guy! it actually had a couple problems but he figured it out. he came out exactly when he said he would and was a bargain from what the local guys were wanting. i would definitely put my name out for him! read more

The tech they sent out was less than truthful. He figured just cause I was a senior citizen he could pull the wool over my eyes. First he messed with the controls then said see the compressor isn't even coming on. Then I showed him a thermometer I had in there showing it was forty degrees in it. He checked with his digital and said see it's fifty eight degrees. Then he says that the one I had was inaccurate because it was a meat thermometer. Huh! A thermometer is a thermometer no matter what. After he left the refrigerator compressor does come on. I hear it constantly. What a ripoff. It cost eighty five bucks to be lied to. The tech that came out to my home literally lied to my face. i spent 125$ to get him to come out and tell me my washing machine wouldn't spin, as if i didn't know that. The transmission is out. Zach was very unprofessional and rude. We were needing a Frigidaire warranty service call. We were connected by Frigidaire with Zack. He failed to call me back several times to schedule service after telling me he would do so. This delayed our issue getting addressed. After wasting an entire day waiting at home for him to come to our service. (Because he gives you an 8-5 window) He called to say he was 30 minutes out, he called again to let me know he would be here shortly, but I would have to pay for everything upfront. Then it would be up to me to try and get warranty reimbursement from Frigidaire. Terrible way to treat a customer. This guy does not deserve to be a business owner, nor be in business. read more

If I could I would zero star this Zac fellow. Zac sucks with communicating with his clients especially if you go through AHS! As he stated, "they pay him and not you." I have waited over 3 months for repair. When asked to see the documentation he says he can't break his contract with the warranty company. When asked why he couldn't communicate the changes, he said he was overwhelmed with his workload and doesn't call customer 8-9 at night. Uhmmm... dude your workload is not the problem- greed is. Zach rescheduled multiple times and took over a month to make it back. He tried to use an old part instead of the new one ordered. He put all of our things on the ground and finally....while juggling other calls including personal ones to his wife ....he left with our refrigerator unplugged, institutions on how to finish the job and all the contents on the ground.
