I've used Doug for a long time. First was my ice maker. They can't figure out why it won't work…read moreproperly. They were here 4 times just for the icemaker. Recently, my stove, washer and dryer all went out at the same time. When Doug left, dryer wouldn't work. The light wouldn't even come on. He ha d to come back to fix that. When he left all of a sudden the washer hose was leaking. Funny that it happeed as soon as he left. I called him back and he said he'd call me the next week and work me in. 2 weeks later, i called him back. He told me that since im not in Mustang, he waits until he has another job in the city​. He said hw would be out the next week. That's 2 weeks for something that should have been fixed in the first place. When he FINALLY got there. He wanted to charge me another service call. I'm done with Doug and I will not be calling him ever again. I read the other reviews and honestly, I don't care if he is a veteran. Check things before you leave and make sure it works. Beware of this company. Btw, my ice maker still doesn't work correctly(3 years later).

Appliance King made my Refridgerator work! They communicated very well, responding to pictures and…read morevideos that I sent. They set an expectation of a time window and showed up during that time. The man who fixed it, Scott came over three separate times. When diagnosing the fridge we weren't certain what was wrong with it. We opened our ice bin and found a solid block of ice in there and when I pulled it out the arm (lever) broke off entirely. I shut off the water and called for service. Scott showed up, diagnosed it over the phone with videos and pics and brought a new ice maker. When installed, it didn't properly dispense still, and the water nozzle in my fridge wasn't working. Scott came back over a second time, and replaced a piece of equipment where my water filter rests, said it goes out often. That fixed the water. I kept waiting for ice but no ice. He came back over, and determined the new ice maker installed was defective. He commented that this was unfortunately common and he brought a replacement for the replacement. Three visits - one charge. Got the problem solved and made me a very happy person. No more trips to buy ice. No more unfiltered OKC tap water. It works like it's brand new. Would Recommend and thank you so much Scott! I know it was a headache but he didn't ghost us after the first visit and stayed in contact until the job was done. I feel like it wasn't the usual service we'd get from a small business. (I think it's a small business?) They were great.

He then ordered the parts he believed were needed (all before he arrived and no charge to me until they were installed). He suggested he come for the service appointment once the part arrived rather than have to make two trips which was very much appreciated as it saved me time. When he came it took him a few minutes to figure out the problem. He installed our new part and was done. Best of all he was a very nice and trustworthy which was very comforting as I know not all of the companies in this industry are. I felt he was honest, gave a fair price (and stayed within the range he gave me over the phone). What a wonderful feeling to find an appliance repair company that is knowledgeable, trustworthy and prompt. I plan to go back to Mark's Appliance for all my future repair needs! Highly recommended!

Being that it happened on a Saturday and the July 4th weekend, I was not optimistic to find anyone. But I was desperate so I requested some estimates on Yelp. I immediately heard back from several businesses. Unfortunately, they're either out of my service area or closed for the weekend until the 5th. I was about to give up, that's when I saw John's message. I asked if they had any reviews and he sent me their Google page (you should check it out). Anyway, he was able to come out early Sunday morning at 9 AM to diagnose. John quickly found the issue - a malfunctioning cooling fan. The part needed to be replaced so unfortunately, we have to wait for it. But, he defrosted the coils in the back of the fridge, and that temporarily fixed the cooling issue so we can wait for the part to arrive. For our visit, he charged a $75 service fee, which was provided to me upfront. Definitely check them out.
