This greatly affected my budget as We had to eat out (family of 4) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the entire time because I was told that we had to unplug my refrigerator until the new part came in. With the cost that I spent on the part and the food for the family I could have bought a new refrigerator. Very frustrating. Don (and Lisa) are the most accommodating and personal professionals I've dealt with in the…read morehandyman/repair industry. We first used him for an electric gas fireplace "tune up" last fall with an Angie's List coupon. He worked around my hectic schedule, arrived on time, and left my fireplace in practically new condition. Don even went out of his way to research and find a remote that would work with my setup. Most recently, we had to call Don out to work on some freezer/ice maker issues. He was able to diagnose the problem(s) and fix them. The cost was fair for the amount of time he spent. Unfortunately, the motor froze up again two weeks later (there was still a little water in there and we didn't use it), but he came out the next day, spent over an hour removing, drying, and re-installing (and even cleaning) everything. Mind you, he did this all as a follow-up on the original service. I highly recommend Don Fuller's Appliance Repair for the kind professionalism him and Lisa provided in customer service and ownership of their work. While I hope I don't have to call him again for broken appliances, I know that if I do he'll do a great job at a great price.
