Highly recommend , honest and reliable! We have used them for years. Harvey, Mark's son, runs the business now, and is very knowledgeable.

Mark's Appliance great to help. My dryer broke and I thought I would have to replace it but with a simple part replacement it was repaired.

This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left. I most certainly would use Adam's Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for Yelp, I won't be needing their services in seeking an appliance repair service company - I've found who I'm sticking with hereafter!!

Service to replace washing machine door gasket turned into a more complicated issue. Seth clearly laid out my options and addressed charges up-front. I will choose this company from now on for servicing any of my appliance issues.

They did not take advantage of me and they gave me a very affordable price to fix all of my appliances in my home. Don't use them! Twice they have failed to do the work. First time was August 14, 2025. I submitted…read morea claim to my HW company for my air conditioner and after diagnosis discovered it was an issue not covered so we requested that they give us a quote to fix it. After 3 weeks (Sept 5, 2025) of ZERO communication from them (I was the one calling and chasing them!) I ended up having to find someone else as it was August and we needed air as my parents are elderly. On top of that, it wasn't even what they said it was, it ended up being a $100 fix not the "about $900" (unofficial verbal quote) that they guy threw out there. Second incident happened last month (April 8, 2026). We had another claim for our freezer, guy came out and looked at it, told us it needed a part and that he would submit the info to the warranty co. and be back with us in 24-48 hrs. He collected the service call fee and was in the wind from there. I called them several times through the course of the month. Again they NEVER called me to let me know what was up and never returned my calls. I got some lame excuse from the nice lady answering the phone about a dog dying... I get that and its sad but this is business. Either way, after a month of inaction on their part and several calls to the HWC they requested that the claim be reassigned (May 9, 2026). No call, no explanation and I am still stuck with a freezer that isn't working. This company is VERY unprofessional and unreliable. I suggest maybe asking your dad's, neighbors, dog to help you. You'd probably get the job done faster!

I called Arrow Appliance on Saturday 10/07/23, and explained to the technician we had vents, and…read moredryer cleaned out because dryer was randomly throwing error code 90. After this was done, dryer was now throwing error code 80 or error code 90 every 5-10 minutes when the dryer was running. The technician informed me it was common for these types of dryers; and if the dryer is heating, most people continue to run them and disregard the code. It could be the thermostat, or something with the board. I wanted to go ahead and schedule an appt to have it repaired. Appt was scheduled Monday 10/09 between 12:00pm-4:00pm. No one showed up on Monday, towards the end of the day I realized it was Columbus Day assumed maybe the office was closed. On Wednesday 10/11 I tried to dry a load of laundry, and kept restarting it after the error code, after about an hour of doing this frequently I noticed a plastic burning smell, and decided not to continue. I called this company back and spoke with a nice woman, who apologized for the no show and explained to me their after hours technician (Jason I think) did not put me on Mondays schedule like he was supposed to. I understand mistakes happen not the end of the world. She could get me on the schedule Thursday 10/12 between 8am-12pm. I received a text that Jason the technician was on his way. I thought this was the technician I spoke with on Saturday, he seemed knowledgeable of the issue. When Jason the technician arrived, his demeanor was as if he was inconvenienced, not personable at all. When we made it to the laundry room and I started to explain the error code issue / timeline. He immediately jumped to vents being cleaned and how they were cleaned, I've already explained the issue twice, and assume to this technician. I had enough of his attitude and asked him to leave, I was no longer interested in doing business with this company. instead of him cutting me off and jumping to what the issue could be he should have stood there and listened, be respectful of someone's time, especially when they were understanding of the mistake that was made, the customers time was inconvenienced when the company didn't show up. My 17 year old daughter who could hear the technician even stated he was rude after he left. I received a text requesting a review, I decided to share how I felt and responded with two texts " I'm not happy with my experience I asked your technician to leave" and " I think I was rather patient, and understanding for the no show appt on Monday and to have someone show up that was not friendly, seemed inconvenienced, was rather disappointing." I received a response back " Julie C. from Appliance 911 KC/Arrow Appliance OKC: According to our technician the error codes you are receiving on your dryer are for a clogged vent and you advised him they were clean. He asked you who had cleaned your vent, you got upset and you then asked him to leave. I am sorry that you did not have a good experience but there are two sides to every story. In the future you may want to use a different service provider. Thanks!" If someone is going to use the quote "there are 2 sides to every story", as a validation their employee was not being in the wrong.. At least use it correctly sheesh... "There is 2 sides to every story and then there is the truth."
