This is a real deal electrician, problem solver, listener and example of a company committed to customer service excellence without compromise. Without boring you with the details, I needed a forensic electrician. I was having power issues that I knew would be extremely hard to troubleshoot. Nate and Devon were fantastic. They didn't give up on finding the problem even when I was starting to give up myself. Nonstop effort, critical thinking and absolute professionalism were on display. I have searched for a backup generator for the past several years, and when we built this new house, I had two transfer switches built into the outside garage wall, ready for a backup generator. Nathan Snyder's quote was by far the best! He said they were a small, family owned business, and as we were talking, I just had this gut feeling that he was a trust worthy, Christian man! I found out from his employees, who did an amazing installation job, that he was a Deacon in his church, and he treated his employees very well. They all loved their jobs and the company!

Faith Electric sold us and collected $6500 down payment for a phased out Generac Generator model…read morethat they could never even hope to deliver. After five months of stalling and many phone calls we finally cancelled the order when they confessed they couldn't deliver. Faith Electric then exploited a loophole by charging us a 10% "restocking fee" of $1,314. We picked up the check in person and in keeping with the Brand their Office is filled with Hobby Lobby religious brick a brack. Don't be deceived by the "Christian" cosplay.

He said the unit was fine. They said since Lowe's installed it they don't like to work on the units because Lowe's isn't a preferred installer for them. That being said I called Lowe's. They reached out to the warranty people... Fast fowared till yesterday. A month later. Still nothing. The lady told the retail sales guy that I called and had my friends cussing them out... She didn't know that the salesmen was my son. Needless to say these people didn't do anything other then cause me in needed frustration. This is NOT how to conduct business. A MONTH WITH NO ANSWERS!!!! The retaer I got the unit from found me a new company and they are coming out today to get me fixed up.
