Ordered a part for my Samsung washing machine and it took 2 weeks for it to come in. That wasn't bad, but I was told differently by the technician and the receptionist at the store. I wasn't upset that the part was late, just that their customer service was lacking. All it would have taken is a phone call or text to inform me it was not happening when they said, but I did not get that. When Matt finally called, he started yelling at me, and it was about the part and why it was late. It was because of President Biden. When I tried to tell him it wasn't that that I was calling about, he ranted for a long while. Lots more was said by him, and he even used profanity. The part was not installed because Matt kept saying he was calling the technician and telling him to stop. I did that for him.
