It was twenty-six years of accumulated possessions filling a twenty-six foot truck. Kyle and his moving team were top notch. Polite, friendly, and efficient guys who worked so fast that I had to take off for the storage facility before finishing my to-do list. And they didn't let up at the storage facility. In and out with everything stacked and arranged as I wanted it. That included them separating a couple of items that I was taking to my temporary Airbnb. One thing I noticed from Kyle and Helen (the person who looked at a half-dozen photos, that I sent, and nailed it on what size storage unit I would need) is that they want their customers to understand the range of charges up-front. Each goes through all of the possible charges ahead of time, and they present options. Obviously no two moves are alike in the number of objects, their sizes, their weights, their fragility, how much packaging materials are needed, etc. It's not a one-size-fits-all business. Anyhow, back to the move itself: Great guys. Great attitudes. Great service.

Kevin is brilliant in how he packs up the truck to maximize its occupancy. One day, one truck and one trip he moved our 4 bedroom house. Unloading was fast and efficient, taking in furniture that wouldn't fit in the doorways, he figured out other non-conventional ways to get it in without scratching the door frame, staircase or walls. The final payment was not very far from the initial estimate Sarah had given on the phone. I was shopping around for prices and I like how she would politely text and leave me messages to remind me they were still interested in my business. Moving is stressful and I was glad the actual move day was not.

The 2 movers assigned to me were Very angry when the person in the supervision role suggested a tip along with the percentage expected. This was a split destination - 5 miles to storage in 1 direction and 6 miles to a residence in another. They were very methodical, were careful with furniture. They wrapped as tho we were expecting a hurricane which is fine but it was done sooooo slowly. A 5 mile drive to storage took them 25 minutes while I waited for them. They were not in a hurry @ all. I had plants to go, large pots. The supervisor complained that all of that created stress on their bodies. But it's what they sign on to do! I did well to pay for the move & couldn't include a tip . They began so professional then turned on a dime and became just furious. One said " We broke our backs for you today!" And kept saying it over and over I called RC afterward. They never complained and kept pushing through. Jose was great at communicating too. And they ask questions instead of assuming, which I appreciate a lot. I just wish the scheduling person was as communicative as Jose. The scheduling experience was not great - the person on the phone kept mishearing me. I clearly told them my house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, but in reality they only planned for moving 1 bedroom, resulting in understaffing, which made me ended up paying more because of the long hours and overtime. The scheduling person didn't even get my name right...the scheduling experience was pretty bad. But the actual moving experience was good. I guess next time I will just have to be extra cautious with the scheduling office.

I've been calling to request the same information since October 8th and it's now October 20th with zero updates and zero answers.. our items were picked up by their company on September 29th. Let's see if I can get some sort of communication by end of day today like I was "promised". I was promised every phone call I made since October 8th until now so I highly doubt it.. I simply want to know an ETA on when my items will arrive so I can make sure I can clear my schedule to be there when they arrive but they don't know where my stuff is and keep saying it's at a wear house waiting to be picked up ( they don't disclose the location of the warehouse such at city or state to give me a better idea of the items whereabouts) I simply just want an ETA.. I don't care if it's next week or two but just help me understand when the items are expected to arrive and that you at least know the whereabouts. Every representative states " I will find out what warehouse" but fail to do so given I've been asking since October 8th....... I guess I might as well mention on the scheduled pick up date of the 29th our pick up window was from 8am-12pm and they didn't arrive until 2:45pm. When I asked why they arrived late the representative ( Faye) said she was sorry the truck driver got lost.. When I asked the two men loading the items ( they were amazing and nice to deal with) he said Faye double booked that time slot and that they didn't get lost.....
