    Had Windstream installed last Friday 5/1/26. Installer was great. The saleswoman had came the week…read morebefore to our home and offered a deal where we would get 3 months free if we did a 2G plan. We had no intentions of switching from Spectrum but it had beem pretty spotty lately. We took her offer and she said we had to give her a credit card that day (Tues. 4/21/26). I did and she set up the installation which was done last Friday. Got an email with instructions how to set up online account to view billing. No 3-month free deal was showing at all! Called customer service and spoke with Laura in N. Georgia who said the "deal" had expired on March 31st! The young lady who sold us the plan also advised that we should call in July when the "free" deal ended and switch down from 2 G to 1G to save money, that we really didn't need 2G but she had to sell us that for the 3-free months promotion. When I called customer service to inquire about the free months not reflecting on the account she said they could not help me. She advised the promotion was not on our account and had ended on March 31st. I asked for a supervisor and was on hold for about 30 minutes. Then the rep, Laura advised that the supervisor would tell me the same thing and would not help with this situation. I asked to speak with the supervisor again. After the hold, Laura came back on the line and said I would have to call accounting, that a supervisor said I would have to deal with them about it. The young lady was contracted through a company she called Soma and did not work directly through Kinetic, but was hired for a few weeks. She rushed me to decide on the deal (which I am finding out had already expired) as she was flying home to Utah in 3 days. This is so scammy!! I have been a small business owner for many years and we had Windstream for 36 years when we lived in Cabarrus County. I can't imagine treating customers like this. I feel like I am a victim of "bait-and-switch" and the saleswoman was just trying to make a quick sale.

These people knocked on our door 4 separate…read moretimes in the span of 24 hours trying to sell us their newly installed internet service, even after telling them we weren't interested the first time and hanging a "No Soliciting" sign after the 2nd. Not to mention that we coincidentally experienced our longest outage to date with our current provider, Spectrum, as they were laying their fiber lines. Great way to ensure that I will NEVER be your customer and will warn others about you. Find a better way to sell your service.

    I have purchased my last few phones at this store. All the sales representative s have been very…read morenice and accommodating. I had a amazing sales representative. His name was Brandon. Professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Brandon was able to get me on a better plan for me and my family. He took the time to look for the best plan for me. My new monthly bill never went up AND I got the new version 16 iphone and a new iPad. I had to pay a few bucks for the case and protector but that's it. Overall I was very happy. If there was anything I would like to see it would be sales representative consistency. Establishing a sales representative that you can reach out to and vice versa wod be great.

    When they say "the people make the place", this is a prime example. I've tried to train my kids…read moreright by being Team Andriod, but I think I went too far since they destroyed my wife's iPhone. I haven't broken the hold Apple has on my wife, so we went to the store to get her another one. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Saheed. He entertained my argument on why Andriods are better. I truly think he wants to convert and I think I can get him there. He also walked us through the phone exchange and explained their new home internet promotion. We signed up because Verizon had a 30 day trial. Fast forward 3 weeks. We had to return the home internet box because it could not handle all our devices. Saheed was busy with another customer. So, his coworker called the Verizon office to start the cancelation process. Yet, Saheed took over once he finished with the first customer. After we received confirmation that my service was canceled, Saheed went above and beyond to return the internet box to FedEx for us. Yet, Verizon charged us for the box. Saheed quickly found out that Verizon's receiving department had not processed our return. He then called repeatedly over several weeks until Verizon removed, we'll credited our account. It was truly the best customer service for a bad experience.

    Excellent Communication, Installation and straightforward pricing from Darius at CatJacks!…read more I reached out to Darius to have 2 CAT6 drops and 1 Wireless Access Point Wired/Hung. Pricing was exactly as shown on the web-site. Scheduling was very simple using Calendly. On the day of installation, prior to our appointment, Darius texted me to ensure I was still available. I then received another 'location' text when he was on his way. Darius walked through the house and we discussed where I wanted each drop - for example, in the bedroom I wanted the drop to be just above my drawers, so that I could mount a TV there and easily plug in to CAT-6 rather than going over WiFi. Darius is very detail oriented and even went to the trouble of (measuring) to mount my AP to line up with the 2 lights that are in my hallway and entryway! After the walk-through, he marked each of the drops with painter's tape, then once again confirmed with me the locations. Darius vacumed/cleaned up after himself as he worked and did a very professional job - leaving the house in the same state as when he arrived, willing to explain anything he was doing. On completion, I tested the drops/AP - everything was good and we settled up! I'm very pleased with the work Darius did; as well as being very Professional, he is also a very personable chap who really knows his stuff. (to put in context, I'm an IT Infrastructure/Software Project Manager). In summary, I would definitely recommend Darius to anyone that needs either AP's to be hung or Network Drops!

    Darius of Catjacks upgraded four telephone jacks fed by Cat 5 cable to ethernet jacks for hardwired…read morenetwork connections. His work was neat and orderly and was performed in a professional manner. Although I did not need it, he stated that he has the ability to run new ethernet cables without damaging walls and the need for a handyman or painter to patch/paint holes. His pricing seemed reasonable; however, I did not seek other quotes to make a comparison.
