There were 2 workers behind the counter, but one of them left right when I got in the store. That seemed to make it take much longer. I would've paid during a week day, but I just got off of vacation, and I have to pay today to avoid extra costs, so I'm not walking out. It took her over an hour or two to get problems with account setup done for the customer prior to me. I was the only white person in there. They definitely seem to favor Hispanic customers, just to let y'all know. Sometimes when they spoke in Spanish it almost seemed a bit rude, especially when at least once I intuitively knew they were probably talking about me. I believe I will have spent over 3 hours before I'm serviced and perhaps may still be in the store until after closing time. At one point the employee told me I could have a seat, but said it in Spanish once or twice before saying it to me in English(maybe my face mask disguised my appearance some). I wouldn't be so disappointed with my experience if it wasn't for the Cricket Employee servicing more than one customer before me while I was patiently waiting there 6 ft from the counter.

Had the battery replaced on my iphone 13 mini. Then had my…read morescreen replaced. since then I've had so many problems with the phone shutting off, the phone gets hot. The battery percentage is wildly going up and down and the phone CANNOT recognize the battery. I know I have warranty on the screen. But Ive had my phone checked there a few times, but was claimed nothing was found to be an issue. Which I believe is a flat out lie. Now there's new people there, and wants to charge me for diagnostics on the phone even after telling them about the situation. They never asked my name nor do they even want to look up the info. I've lost all my interest in cell phone repair stores... especially this one. Don't let these people "school" you since they have to have your "phones, tablets, laptops" to another lab for diagnostics to charge you enough you'd wish you just get a new phone. so here's my beginning experienc- Nice people, believable legit... and now- I don't trust them, faulty replacements, always a new customer even though there's past visits.

I definitely wasn't buying a new one, so I called New Again. The phone was answered promptly and with professionalism. The gentleman was knowledgeable and friendly and stated he could get my phone in today and have it completed in about 40 mins. I even called back to ask if they could also put in a battery and he didn't sound annoyed by my extra questions! This is a family business, which I love. The shop is small but bright and clean and the wife serves as the receptionist. Their son, I believe has a drink fridge in the business which I think is adorable. Be sure to like them on Facebook and check-in to get your 10% discount. The price I was quoted over the phone was reflected on my receipt and that's always a breath of fresh air. The screen protector was $20 (yes, it's cheaper on Amazon) BUT you get a discount on future purchases. My only suggestion would be to inform customers about parts. As I stated, I requested a new battery-but I'm not tech savvy so I didn't know it wasn't being replaced with an Apple battery. My phone now says that my battery isn't supported and can't give analytics and I don't get low battery warnings anymore. That's definitely not a deal breaker, it would have just been nice to know. I would definitely come back but hopefully not anytime soon!

When I came back again, for a minor scratch that shouldn't of warranted a whole new screen or any screen repair at all. the original failed repair caused it to be worsen. cant do nothing . insisted the glitching was from that. they tried to blame me and demanded full price, even though the glitch was clearly caused by their initial repair. Poor customer service, no accountability, and I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

I have purchased my last few phones at this store. All the sales representative s have been very…read morenice and accommodating. I had a amazing sales representative. His name was Brandon. Professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Brandon was able to get me on a better plan for me and my family. He took the time to look for the best plan for me. My new monthly bill never went up AND I got the new version 16 iphone and a new iPad. I had to pay a few bucks for the case and protector but that's it. Overall I was very happy. If there was anything I would like to see it would be sales representative consistency. Establishing a sales representative that you can reach out to and vice versa wod be great.

He also walked us through the phone exchange and explained their new home internet promotion. We signed up because Verizon had a 30 day trial. Fast forward 3 weeks. We had to return the home internet box because it could not handle all our devices. Saheed was busy with another customer. So, his coworker called the Verizon office to start the cancelation process. Yet, Saheed took over once he finished with the first customer. After we received confirmation that my service was canceled, Saheed went above and beyond to return the internet box to FedEx for us. Yet, Verizon charged us for the box. Saheed quickly found out that Verizon's receiving department had not processed our return. He then called repeatedly over several weeks until Verizon removed, we'll credited our account. It was truly the best customer service for a bad experience.
