There wasn't a week that I didn't have a problem with their speed. I was taking a test online and got booted off the internet and failed the test. There was an entire 3 weeks that I didn't have internet and didn't reimbursed until I complained to someone's manager about it. Their service was under par to say the least and their maintenance people don't deserve any awards either. I finally gave up and canceled my service and went with Centurylink, it was hooked up in December and I have not had one problem since. The installer was polite and knowledgeable, severely different than what I was used to from Mediacom. I honestly can say there is no competition. Centurylink is the best choice for Camden/Shiloh location.

Now they're trying to push some "plus" upgrade for another $5.99 per month and making the current service basically unusable. I can look at my inbox ONCE, reply to ONE message if I'm lucky before the screen freezes and I have to log in again, which takes forever if it works at all. Changed browsers, same thing. Today I tried to respond to an email, pasted the "to" address in the Compose box, and the address disappeared when I hit Send. Then it helpfully alerted me that there was no recipient specified, but again deleted the address after I typed it in manually. I had to shut down the computer and go to my phone just to complete this one short piece of correspondence. You'd think they would be embarrassed enough by this dismal performance to at least provide some support. But there's no longer anyone you can talk to by phone, and the chat is only open during business hours. After reading the other reviews here, I've concluded there's no hope of improvement so I'm out.

The older gentleman and I just stared at each other at how lacking in manner she was and pushed the heavy door open. We are both minorities in addition to being handicapped seniors. Next call is to the ACLU and American with Disabillities Center. She wore no mask as she was behind plexiglass and I assume vaccinated - what's the Governor's current guideline - seems she would want to protect herself at least. We chose to do our business with the kind help full other agent as the manager was on personal calls the entire time. I hope who ever it was will get a ride to where ever they needed to go. The store owner must have already made their fortune. I hear they have.
