They installed a Dishwasher in one of my units and actually came out at least 2 times because it wasn't working properly. They tried to charge me both times for the LEMON they sold me. I also had them come to another property of mine to fix the stove, which they said they ordered a part and they never came back to fix it. The service guy actually asked my Tenants to pay for the repair while he was there and told her they wouldn't fix it otherwise. She gave in + paid the tech $50.That was embarrassing. I told them never to ask my tenants for money and they did anyways. Again, I could go on, but to Repeat, HORRIBLE Appliances they use and the Service is even worse! Use Someone Else!

Highest professionalism!…read more I had the tremendously difficult task of beginning to clear out some of my recently-deceased father's belongings in order to make life a little easier for my elderly mother. This involved emptying an old shed, dismantling the structure, and hauling away most all the contents and the building debris. I say "most all", because the building did contain some items a few family members wished to preserve. It was quite humbling to witness the care with which Jason and his wife treated Dad's belongings. To them, it wasn't just an old house filled with a bunch of junk. It was over half-a-century of memories being given new life. While most of what they pulled out had to be taken to the dump, there was some material that could be salvaged and repurposed. That's something I know my father - who obviously could never throw anything away :-) - would certainly have appreciated. Jason will be my first and only call whenever such a need arises in the future.

Definitely reserving them for my next apartment move in Thank you guys so much! Update: some things were left out and the patio was not as it was in the picture, although I did not communicate it thoroughly, they left the boxes out and trash on the patio. They took a picture of it empty which is what I originally wanted, but did not take a picture of them putting all of it back. There was also trash that was in the laundry room that was left on my doorstep. (Was charged an extra $75 to fix it). Inside is perfect but the outside is not as I wanted. Definitely tell them everything IN HEAVY DETAIL or some things will not go as planned. $415 total. 4 star at best though for the experience
