I have called their support line and been assured by whatever agent I spoke to that the issue was corrected before I started getting daily calls from a collection agency where I have been charged for wifi service I had no way of even using as I had no AT&T wifi modem to use this service with as the replacement never arrived to me, just like the faulty wifi modem somehow got lost on its way back to AT&T. What an absolutely horrible company with godawful, lying customer service agents.

I had the Genie DVR installed, and Dan (owner) sat down with my wife for about 10 minutes explaining all of the features of the remote, DVR service, and DirecTV offerings. All-in-all, it was the best installation experience I've had from any provider. The DirecTV service itself is working great right now as well.

Also, they do not have some local channels on DIRECTV stream due to having to pay for the copyright. For example, the CW is not on DIRECTV stream in the St. Louis area. I don't understand why they just won't pay for the copyright so we can have local channels. After all, this wasn't an issue with satellite for DIRECTV. I also have to restart my box a few times when watching TV, because it says I have no Internet connection, when this is not the issue because I can watch my other streaming apps and not have problem. I was disappointed and my head started to roll with uncertainty about how I was going to get my TV service. The rep on the line was very helpful. He did some research on his end to figure out who offers service at my new address and actually connected me to Comcast. I was relieved that I didn't have to go do all the research to figure it out and was very happy with the rep - he went above and beyond what hee needed to - at least in my eyes he did. I am not sure if this is what they are supposed to do...I would recommend them for sure.

With one more customer being served by beard guy . So we came to a point that beard guy not the one helping me notice I'm not on the account he explain that to tall guy . Tall guy says he couldn't help me , long story short, I had to give help this man do his job going down a check list of " how about this , or that " rather then he give me suggestions, basically a parrot repeating everything or idea beard guy had .
