after cancelling internet service, they refused to pro-rate my usage of 2 days out a whole month (30 days). They penalized you for cancelling service. Watch out if your moving or switching service from spectrum. Check your billing cycle to make sure you cancel at the end. They basically take your money for services no longer provided. What a theft! I've been sitting at this store since 4:20pm. It is now 6:24pm and many customers have signed in and left because one sales person has been with two female customers for over2 hours. Another couple was with a sales rep for at least 90 minutes. There were 4 sales rep when I walked in to the store now it's only two and they have only served 5 people in a 2 hour30 Monte wait. The staff at the Spectrum office are awesome. The company Spectrum is horrible! I had some extenuating circumstances that blocked me from returning my equipment before the next billing cycle. When I did ONE day later, the company would not do any prorating! They said that they would do me a favor and let me get equipment for one month and return it again. Due to my health issues, I couldn't do that. I'm glad to be done with this company! I am disgusted with all of spectrum right due sports channels no showing due to contract issues. I am also unhappy with Glendora location. A few months ago I went in and made changes on my home phone service. I agreed to try a wireless phone for my service but the sales rep in the office did not explain to me my home phone would changed to mobile type service now even though I am paying a lower price. And he did not explain to me I was buying a cheap little flip phone to use as my home phone. The flip phone is junk and doesnt work well and not easy to use. Beware and ask lot of question if you plan to change your service and go to one of the spectrum stores. I am looking for another TV and internet provider and once I find a better deal I dump spectrum service. read more

We have Spectrum for our internet and cable TV in a very-reasonably-priced bundle offered to residents where we live. We had to make a change to our cell service provider, Verizon, because the monthly charges were exorbitant. We had been with Verizon for probably 20 years, through the years of several lines with teenagers in the house and now are down to one line because my husband's phone is provided by his employer. Spectrum Mobile is available to present internet/cable customers for a fraction of what we have been paying monthly. Apparently, Spectrum uses Verizon's cell towers, and the coverage seems fine. We also used this change to purchase a new iPhone. We were seen promptly and wanted to compliment the young man, ERICK HERNANDEZ, who assisted us in the changeover and purchase/transfer of our new iPhone. He was patient, friendly, and helpful on both occasions we met with him. He is definitely an asset to Spectrum Mobile! read more

When I got here there was 2 workers helping one person each and 2 people waiting i was the third person waiting ... I have now been here for over 30 minutes both workers still helping the same customer one helping with an actual issue and the other talking to the customer about cars and a new job customer even told worker to send him his resume ... there is also now a total of 8 people waiting as this worker still stands around talking to this customer about a new job . The other employee has now finished with two customers and the employee chatting it up is still chatting . This is ridiculous considering how many of us are waiting around . My cable box went out while I was out of the house. I called the 1-800 number and the customer service rep was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. She said I can schedule an appointment for a new box, they can mail one, or I could go into the store and get a new one. I went into this store; everyone wearing masks (COVID-19) and socially distanced! Julian helped me right away; scammed the box and started the process of issuing a new box. He was polite and helpful. He did his due diligence of asking me if I was interested in switching cell service from ATT to Spectrum. He didn't push it but he was knowledgeable. I walked in to see if they offer internet service around my area and walked out with incredible price and saving with 7 cellphone lines switched to Spectrum.... Saved me about $150 per month including internet. Anthony was very patient with me and ported all the phone numbers from our other carriers. It took awhile to port the numbers because other carrier customer services were really slow. Anthony took his time and talked to them all and fixed all the issues. Everything works fine now and hopefully no issues in the future. Keep up the good work. read more

Went in asking for TRANSFER OF SERVICE! Sales associate however set us up with a new Account. So here I am 2 months later wondering why I am still dealing with something that should've been completed the day I went in!! PAID FOR 2 seperate accounts bills for the last 2 months. The Service at this location was just as terrible if not worse than Spectrum's 1-800 number. I got there at approximately 11:00 a.m. this morning with only one person in line in front of me and the only employee who was working there, Assistant Manager, Luis, did not get to me until 50 minutes later. Luis spent over 50 minutes on one person! At least 11 other people were waiting behind me and everyone was visibly irate and complaining. Some people just gave up and left. It wasn't until 11:55 a.m. until a second employee arrived. Not only did I have to wait 50 minutes before Luis got to me, I had to wait at least another 20-25 minutes while he updated the system to return my cable boxes. He had to keep asking the other employee on what he had to do because it sure looked like he didn't know his way around Spectrum's system. In the end, he couldn't figure out a way to get me a receipt for the second cable box so he had to write me a manual receipt. If it wasn't for Spectrum's monopoly on the broadcasting rights to the Dodgers, I would've dropped them years ago. I'm not sure how successful they will be selling cell phones at their stores with the amount of staffing they have. read more

Spectrum is such a rip off. The $49.99 for internet is for one year and that's fine. They keep raising my rate $10.00 every year now it's up to $89.99. I called when it had gone up to $79.99 and the representative said that's it. She said there wouldn't be any more price raises. I'm paying $89.99 plus tax, etc. I only have internet. I don't even have cable. I called again to see if they wanted to keep me as a customer and the representative said no! She that's what my price is and that's it.
