We had intermittent power outages during the snowstorm and it unfortunately fried my company's VPN hardware and PTC's modem/router which were all on the same power strip. I called their support number (got a LIVING/BREATHING person after the first ring by the way) and they sent a technician out in less than 30 minutes. Technician had the needed hardware on hand and had my business back up and running. From the time I called to the time my issue was fully resolved was less than an hour. This is the second time I've had to have a technician out; first time was to wire additional rooms with Ethernet, which was supposed to be done by the contractor before we moved into the building. PTC handled it same-day I called with no hassle! A lot of people in the US can only dream of having a locally-based ISP that treats them this well, can't recommend them enough!
