Unfortunately, even after being cleaned, the hearing aid isn't quite right. The staff offered to do further checks, but the fee was outside my budget. Fortunately, there was no charge for doing the clean and check. I had expected to pay in the range of £20-50, so it's very kind of them not to charge. The office is very pleasant and professional looking. Should I be in London and need hearing aid service again, I'd return to HSH without reservation.

The test was hurried and, as I found from the second test was about 10 minutes shy of what it was supposed to be and missed out a lot of what should have been done. It has been 77 days and I have paid for the home visit and two glasses frames but have received nothing. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL GET TREATED LIKE RUBBISH.

The member of staff who looked after me was amazing. I'm very picky when it comes to glasses, but she took the time out to make sure i was 110% happy, and not just push me into buying them. I was expecting to have to wait a few days before getting my glasses, but they said they had the frames and lenses in stock, so would get them ready and i could collect them within the hour. How brilliant.
