Unfortunately, even after being cleaned, the hearing aid isn't quite right. The staff offered to do further checks, but the fee was outside my budget. Fortunately, there was no charge for doing the clean and check. I had expected to pay in the range of £20-50, so it's very kind of them not to charge. The office is very pleasant and professional looking. Should I be in London and need hearing aid service again, I'd return to HSH without reservation.

They made quite a few mistakes with my hearing aids but were very unapologetic. To make things worse, they are quite a bit more expensive than elsewhere. They claim to justify this with the level of service they offer, but I can't say I really saw any evidence of this. There are other places in London who offer the same services at better prices and with more flexibilty (Cubex close at 5pm on the dot and refuse to even answer the phones after this time, which is unreal for a company who try to claim to offer the best levels of customer service. They also do not open on weekends). In my opinion, they need to move with the times and fully grasp the true meaning of customer service. Nice offices though

I…read morewas amazed at the personal service, and the great choice and variety you could get, tailored and tweaked exactly to your lifestyle. I decided to go for funky blue in colour... I forgot what raindrops sounded like and the crackling of a fire...so many things faded from my hearing. I can now hear the phone and answer all the calls without having to reach for my mobile phone - all through my hearing aids. Simply wearing the speaker on a cord around the neck. I can listen to music or the radio straight to the hearing aid. Watch movies and hear it straight to my hearing aids without disturbing anyone. I had a follow-up review with Louise Hart a few days ago ( she had dealt with me on my last visit)…read moreLouise really went the extra mile to make sure the adjustments to my hearing-aids worked well. Also showed great patience answering all of my queries. Great sense of humour and we had time for a bit of a giggle. She advised me to get a certain type of ear-spray from Boots to prevent any ear infection as she thought they appeared rather vulnerable. Her parting advice was for me to get in touch with her if I had any further problems. Wish I had had a chance to say Hello to Tracy, but she was busy with another client.
