Veronia Greener GMC reg No 6028291 made a false claim on my records, namely that I was refusing…read moretreatment! I initially put it down to a typo and asked for it to be corrected in line with the GDPR and GMC guidelines that state records must be accurate an honest. The hospital refused. So a patient's word counts for nothing, if your title is Dr you can falsify patient records and your employer will support you. I find this so insane, Veronica's claim doesn't sound plausible, doesnt have a ring of truth and is just plain unbelievable. She and the hospital know they are putting my health at risk by denying me the care to which I am entitled. I wouldnt care if I wasnt forced to fund this charade; but we pay the salaries of the people who literally hate us and want us dead.

My impression after my experience here: They don't have common sense and don't really care about…read moretheir patients. Sat in the Emergency/Urgent care waiting area for four hours before I was told there is no treatment for my symptoms and just sent home. I told the receptionist I was there because I thought I had the flu. I told the healthcare professional that took my temperature and blood pressure that I was there because I thought I had the flu. Neither of them told me that they don't treat my symptoms. It wasn't until I saw a doctor after four hours of waiting that I was told there is nothing to be done about the flu. The doctor was rude, too. I told him I didn't go to class because I didn't want to get anyone sick. He said, "So you came here to get the doctor sick?" THE DOCTOR IS WHO YOU SEE WHEN YOU ARE SICK. THAT IS YOUR JOB. He asked what I ate that day and the judged what I had to eat that day, "It's pretty odd to be eating that" when I'm feeling this way (Ok, so I'll starve myself. Oh wait, already did that in the waiting room). I left with nothing to help me feel better and humiliated enough to want to kill myself :)

I was in Charing Cross hospital (ED Department) Saturday 1st of February of 2025. I had to receive…read morea blood transfusions for my several anaemic. For Just one unit of blood they made me wait more than 24 hours! I had to spend the night there, without any information, except.."you have to wait". Night doctors never came to see me, morning doctors on Sunday came to see me after 10;30 am. A procedure that normally takes 6pr 8 hours it took more than 1 day! There are no communication between that team!!! I had to return on (13/02/2025),10 days late to the ED department at Charing Cross Hospital. After my horrific experience 2 weeks ago, and this time it was just as horrendous as the first time. I arrived at 9:30 am. to get my second blood transfusion that my doctor sent me 2 days ago. After having waited for 6 hours, a doctor came to told me, in the middle of the hallway, that they didn't think I was needed another transfusion, so he was very sorry but I had to go home. And I told him, "after having me waiting 6 hours, that I am here because my doctor told me two days ago that I needed another transfusion, because my anemic. You don't even ask me routinary questions about how I feel. and you tell me, you just think that I do not need it? And He answered me, very calmly, yes I'm sorry, we can't do anything! I have been treated in public hospitals my whole life. I have even been treated in this hospital many times, and always was fine. But the ED service in Emergency department, is the worst I have seen in my life, those people do not communicate with each other, they make you wait for hours for everything, they have almost no communication with the patient, and the only two times I was there I felt that they gave me very careless treatment.

And my doctor coming back to see me even after he took off for the day. I have to reserve the fifth star. I want to blame one person, but at the end of the day this is a hospital and it should be systematic and no one should have to wait from 10:40 to 5:30am to get to sleep after a major surgery. None of the amazing nurses on my floor could help me. All they could do was call an Asian gentleman which I believe is a nurse so that he could he took a very very long time coming up and when he did he gave me 1/2 of what appeared to be a Valium. (Took him hours to deliver). I explained to him that I just had major surgery was woken up by my neighbor in a very loud voice and that I have insomnia since I was brought home from the hospital at three days old. At home where it is legal I smoke marijuana and go right to sleep like a baby. However, When I am in places where it is illegal I require temporary meds to sleep. Function. I'm OK with that once in a while but I did tell him that my tolerance was very high my weight is not 103 pounds like some ladies and I told him the dosage that I used to go to sleep when I'm on a plane or in a foreign city with jet lag. (2mg Xanax) they don't have that here so he gave me a half Valium. Zero efficacy. Took other half 45 min later when he allowed. Nothing. 5am still awake. Terrible. This all began at 10:40 PM it's nearly 5PM I still haven't slept. last night I slept 1 1/2 hours. My blood pressure is extremely dangerously low right now and lack of sleep does not help this. This is literally a 99.9% hospital and staff but this is a major problem and it hurt me. now I'm getting fluid for my extreme low blood pressure. Still no sleep in sight. Insanity.told me that regardless of the need for a patient - only one Valium per persoN can be given for sleep. The problem is how we metabolize drugs is completely different from body to body size to size and even physiology comparing a 90lb woman or a 165lb woman or a 250lb man. Or someone that takes international flights And has to pop something to get past the jet lag and work. I'm posting this review Because im exhausted ands I was just moved from the hall (where I don't have to be in dead silence) back to my room - wired from the lack of sleep medication afTer a major surgery. The lady on my floor told mE no one gets more than one Valium to sleep. If my plastic surgeon did that to me diiring our inpatient work - I would never be able to fet through our surgeRies. Abuse is one thing, but taking a surgery patient with less than 3 HHS's of sleep. In 48 hours - and telling thEm one size fits all And then dumping them in their room is not how I've e bbeen treated in ssimilar situations. In the ER part, I had to scream and scream at the top of my lungs writhing in pain for hours. I didn't need to be drugged out of my mind, but not administering enough morphine for 8 and 10mm stones, should be a crimee. Finally, later someone, I think my doctor, gave me an ACtUAL effective dose that took awAy my pain and aallowed me to sleep for two hours. people with major surgery require SLEEP to HEAL. One size does not fit all. 1040pm to 5:00am was a very ugly, jittery painful nnight of no sleep afteR major surgery. Other than this experience all else is great. (had I know I would be treated like a drug seeker) I would have gOne somewhere else that can help with pain and healing sleep modalities quicker and more effectively. These were the largest stones stuck in my kidneys in 30 years of pushing out a total of 38 sTones. I feel Bad for hyper people liKe me. Healing is near impossible without sleep. Less than 4 hours since admitted 48 hours+ but I feel worse for the people who have came before me and experienced this and for alL the others that will if someone with compassion and a greater understanding of physiology and absorption. no body is created the Same. He didn't even interview me. It wouldn't have matteered either, he has one half rabbit in his arsenal. And for me it might as well have been a placebo. Game me no eye contact or acknowledgement. Even while I was speaking with him. This went from THHC best experience to a deeply disturbing one.
