There weren't enough seats to accommodate customers who were waiting...I had to stand When I told them I was mainly interested in contact lenses, not glasses...they fobbed me off and continued in their pursuit of selling me glasses instead. A terrible customer experience because my needs were ignored. Don't waste your time if you want contact lenses.

It's a local family run business which is also really nice to know and you'll often find the owners in the shops ensuring everything is going as they want.

I walked in and the first thing he said to me, I need the money of your glasses that you own me. I didn't have the glasses with me they were still at the option he actually demand me the money and was very rude.I will not recommend this to anyone as they are very rude and expensive in there. I strongly feel too that the staff there are scared of the manager there for I did want to complain but one of the girls that work there said to me clearly nothing is going to be done about this as this is a family run business. I was very upset about this and I had no attention not to pay I knew I had to pay but this is not the way he should have come across to me. It wasn't the right way to deal with customer services.
