What I do say Boots has evolved over the years. Boots is a huge chain in the UK, think of it as a Walgreen's the size of a small walmart. Some have 2 stories, clothes, toys, kitchen ware. Also featuring a wide range of cosmetics and other toiletries, such as sun-cream and sun-block for the summer months. The downstairs features a perfume counter and photo printing centre and kiosk, as well as removeable memory, (such as SD cards), which are very costly compared to what they can be bought for online. This Boots does not feature a opticians centre, and is nowhere near as big as the Boots in the Royals shopping centre. Although not huge compared to some Boots stores this is a great store. It has the usual range of cosmetics, health and beauty products, and also a good photo area. Although the baby section is not huge it has everything I have ever looked for. It also has a small mini mode clothing section which again has always had adequate stuff - especially seasonal clothing e.g. sunsuits, hats, gloves etc. There is good access for buggies / wheelchairs with automatic doors and spacious aisles. Staff are helpful and pleasant. this boots is the largest store in the local area, situated in the royals. plenty of room for buggyies to be pushed around, and the staff are very helpful and accomodating to your needs, the pahrmacy is extremely friendly and helpful, giving impartial advice too. a wide range of things for sale, including the usual pharmacy related stuff, but at christmas the 3 for 2 offers on their gifts are very good value for money, and good quality. the parent and toddler club and the health club along with advantage card gives you lots of offers and discounts, making this my preferred place to shop. read more
