Unfortunately, even after being cleaned, the hearing aid isn't quite right. The staff offered to do further checks, but the fee was outside my budget. Fortunately, there was no charge for doing the clean and check. I had expected to pay in the range of £20-50, so it's very kind of them not to charge. The office is very pleasant and professional looking. Should I be in London and need hearing aid service again, I'd return to HSH without reservation.

I forgot what raindrops sounded like and the crackling of a fire...so many things faded from my hearing. I can now hear the phone and answer all the calls without having to reach for my mobile phone - all through my hearing aids. Simply wearing the speaker on a cord around the neck. I can listen to music or the radio straight to the hearing aid. Watch movies and hear it straight to my hearing aids without disturbing anyone.
