I recently moved into a new house. The dryer vent was completely clogged to the point where I…read morecouldn't do laundry because it was a fire hazard. I called on Thursday afternoon and made an appointment for Monday. They called me back on Friday and offered to come on Saturday for me! The crew arrived right on time Saturday morning. They were so nice. Not only was the vent clogged, but in the move, the vent piece that came out of the back of my dryer had come disconnected. They took off the back of the dryer, it was full of lint. They cleaned it out, reattached the vent properly and put it all back together. Way beyond the scope of what I called in about. I tried to give them a nice tip for all their help, kindness and professional attitude. They turned it down saying it was too much! Who does that?? I insisted and they finally agreed to take 1/2 of what I had offered. Wonderful to find a company that does business with heart. I will refer them to everyone who asks. Great find and I'm so grateful, not only to them, but to the owner who instills this kind of ethic in their employees.

He spoke with us and explained the dangers and the process of cleaning out the vent. We have always had a dryer with a vent direct to the outside where I could reach in and clean it up easily, however, our new situation put our dryer on the second floor with the vent traveling a ways to the outside vent. We didn't even think about it when we moved in but it became apparent that the vent or dryer was not working correctly. Michael came in and looked at he setup took his time to clean up the vent outside going in and inside going out. He also cleaned up the dryer and recommended a new set-up for the outgoing vent and will be back to assess that situation. After he left I immediately threw a load of towels in and bam the towels were dry quickly and I felt like the heat wasn't as stifling as it had been in the laundry room. Overall, we are pleased with the service and would utilize him again if we had ANY dryer issues. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
