Service I required was for a replacement of a 2x4 Fluorescent light with a LED fixture and a repair on non-working ceiling fan and light. Jerry was unbelievable! His knowledge, creativity and skills were incredible. He was able to remove the non-working light fixture with his patience without any issues and insert the new light fixture. The ceiling fan was a little more complicated, but his technical knowledge of wiring was exceptional. He located the issue and he was able to get the fan and light working. Had Jerry take down and reinstall a kitchen exhaust fan and build in a window a/c. He did a wonderful job for both. Then needed to have motion sensor garage lights repaired since they weren't picking up the motion. He checked them to find out that the sensor needed to have more coverage area. I got a new light with more coverage, but because of wiring couldn't use it. He got a new sensor and installed it to the old lights which works, but picks up too much so it stays on most of the night. Other than the light problem the other work is good. He's a really nice guy and listens to what you want. read more

He also repaired another cabinet face in the kitchen. Additionally, he installed a door sweep for the garage door leading to the kitchen. All work was performed professionally and with great care and attention to detail. I really appreciate the diligence paid to these tasks. Total invoice was $400.
