I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly, and Anthony and Mike arrived on time. Before getting started, they inspected our Maytag dryer and discovered that part of the dryer vent connection was actually broken. They were able to remove the broken piece, properly reconnect the dryer, clean the lint from inside the dryer, and clean the entire dryer vent from the outside of the house all the way back to the dryer. Anthony and Mike were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated that they took the time to inspect everything rather than simply cleaning the vent and leaving. I felt like they did a great job and I received good value for my money. Ok, second review. I had Jon come out to clean my propane dryer and duct. My family had been…read morecomplaining that it took multiple cycles to dry towels and large loads. I knew he would take apart the dryer to clean the lint from inside the bottom as well as get the duct work cleaned. He tested everything after he was done and wasn't happy with the force of the air coming out from the roof vent. He went up into our attic and took apart a section of the vent pipe and found a stubborn ball of lint. That made all the difference. Like my last review, Jon was on time (actually a few minutes early) changed his footwear every time he entered and left the house, completely cleaned up everything in the area where he worked and even went up on the roof in the rain.
