UPDATE: The owner of the company has personally involved himself to correct the issue below…read more Hopeful for a resolution and impressed with his attention to the issue. Overpromised, Over Paid and Underdelivered - Choose a different company What a heartbreaking disappointment. We sunk half our savings into a brand-new heating system with the main goal of freeing up our utility room for much needed storage in our new (but very old) house only to have them bait and switch the situation after installation began. After working with Dave and two site visits, the installation was done incorrectly and left us with less space than we had to start with. When discussed with the representative he came out to "make it right" but just tried to bully us into agreeing their decisions were the right ones when they were not at all what was agreed upon and discussed and we never heard from them again. They essentially abandoned us and left us to figure out how to fix it on our own - Didn't stand behind their work at all. They offered nothing to fix their errors and correct the situation and now we will have to pay another company thousands more dollars (on top of the over $12k we're already out) to fix the problem they caused.

He is very good: Extremely reliable, completely honest and reasonably priced. So, I am not a shill for Robinson Plumbing, I am a genuinely satisfied customer. My water heater died, so I called Robinson Plumbing to arrange for installation of a new water heater. Because of my work schedule, I asked if the work could be done on a weekday evening, and they were able to accommodate my request without charging extra. They installed a new 75 gallon water heater to replace my broken 40 gallon water heater. They re-did the venting from the water heater to the chimney, and they took away the old water heater. They arrived on time, did the work I was expecting to have done, cleaned up after themselves and were incredibly polite. I don't recommend Robinson Plumbing because I know Matt Robinson.
