No tow away zones, no no parking signs. not only did they not follow any of the normal tow laws but when calling to retrieve my vehicle, I was met with a grumpy man with a bad attitude. AAA sent a tow truck from ANOTHER company, Palm Beach Finest Towing. Beware, PB Finest Towing is a scam. They told me my tow was not covered (I am a AAA Plus member) and that I would have to pay $150 to tow the car. And that after waiting 3 hours. I called AAA back for help, they said of course the tow was covered and they called Steve's Towing. Steve's Towing arrived within 45 minutes and Joe, the driver, was EXCEPTIONAL! In fact, it turns out Joe was done for the day but because all the other drivers were out on calls, he came out to help me. Joe was efficient in analyzing the problem with my car and careful setting up the tow. He was kind, informative and polite. After the previous bad experience, Steve's Towing and Joe got me (and my car) safely home. With scamming companies out there, it is nice to know there are honorable, hard-working people like Joe and companies with integrity like Steve's Towing. I cannot say enough good things about both Steve's Towing and driver Joe!

I took the car to get a few estimates (Infiniti of CC, carolina and first class) and A1 beat pricing and their work was impeccable. Quite an operation at their locations. There is an enterprise on site in the mornings and I was able to get special A1 pricing ($25-$30) for the day, which I found extremely convenient since I had nobody to help me or pick me up. They did offer to drop me off at my house (@ no cost) but getting a rental was so convenient that I ended up taking that route. Picked up my car and not only was it squeaky clean but the repairs were perfect. Highly recommended.

Next day I notice the antenna cap is gone from my car.... Normally I wouldn't care, but the intention was to trade this car in for a newer one. I went to the Maker dealership and they gave me a quote of $700 . I did want this to be fixed properly with OEM parts but for a six inch cap, that is a bit much. Went to A1, and Dante was upfront with me about the process and why the quote would be priced as such. He gave different options, such as new versus used parts and the expected turnaround time. Based on the options given, I was able to have the work done for less than half of what the dealership quoted me. I am very pleased that I can trade my car in for optimal pricing. Thank you!

My family and I have brought several vehicles over the years for repairs. The work previously was…read moresatisfactory. My daughter recently took her vehicle to get a bumper repaired, several months later the bumper came back off. I personally contacted the owner and he informed me that they are not able to fix the bumper as she re-damaged again and it is not included under warranty. The owner charged $400.00 (second time around), and the vehicle still had damage to the paneling. I inquired as to why my daughter's vehicle was not completely repaired, Ray became hostile and said that we only paid for a certain part to be repaired. My daughter spent approximately $2,500.00 dollars total for a bumper that has not been repaired. Unfortunately, this issue has escalated and we have no choice but to file a civil claim so that we can get this issue resolved. As a mother of a young daughter who is the owner of the vehicle, the entire situation has been disheartening and frustrating for her. We will never return back to this business and will never refer them out to anyone. Tenecia S West Palm Beach, FL

They also made it clear that this charge wouldn't be applied toward the repair, which already didn't sit right with me. They did a quick visual check for a leak and my misfire, then told me I'd have to pay for two hours of mechanic labor to diagnose further. This felt excessive and not in line with how most reputable shops operate. The very next day, I went to another high-end European/exotic car shop. They scanned my car for free, visually identified the leak immediately, diagnosed the engine issue, and fixed everything the next day. My car now runs like brand new -- all without the inflated "staged diagnostic" charges. Cupelli's might be fine if you want to overpay just to be told what's wrong, but in my experience, there are much better Euro shops in the area who are honest, transparent, and far more efficient.
