They provided us with several gym flooring options and took the time to explain the differences between them. They were especially knowledgeable when it came to the challenges of leveling our basement floor and clearly explained the different options for preparing and leveling the floor before installing the gym flooring. Their expertise made the process and decision-making much easier. The finished gym floor looks great, and we're very happy with the results. The entire process was smooth, and the team did a great job. We would definitely recommend Simply Floors to anyone looking for quality flooring and a knowledgeable, professional team!

After connecting with Simply Floors early 2026 because of the shredding carpet and after a couple of inspections and coordination with the manufacturer of the carpet, I now have the replacement installed (June 1, 2026). The installation was a good process this time and the carpet will most likely hold up very well. Good installation, done within a reasonable time frame and confirmation of details beforehand was achieved. Would have given 5 stars if this was how it went in the beginning. Although I wouldn't recommend one company over another, I would recommend solid communication with all involved, especially with the install crew and company together so everyone is on the same page from the beginning and not just futile lip service. Follow-up inquiries are also important. Would I work with this company again---probably, since they came through with corrections.

The surface looks brand new: smooth, glossy, and completely refreshed. The technician was punctual, professional, and clearly explained the entire process. They took great care to protect the surrounding area and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. What impressed me most was the attention to detail--no drips, bubbles, or uneven spots. The finish looks like it came straight from the factory. Cata's team had to fix a botched job from a previous contractor, which had left the surface peeling and uneven. Now, you'd never know there was ever an issue. If you're considering sink reglazing, I highly recommend this service. Excellent craftsmanship, great value, and a stunning transformation!
