Their grooming is just dangerous. My dog, a sweet, well mannered, shih tzu, was seriously injured…read moreafter being groomed here. He was injured so badly he is having difficulty walking. He won't go on his walks. He is refusing to eat. I had to take him to the emergency vet. I can prove he was fit as a fiddle before his groom because he went to the vet on Monday for his regular annual appointment and was perfectly healthy. Once I picked him up, he was injured. They are denying all responsibility. The fact remains my dog was healthy and not injured before his grooming appointment. Then was seriously injured afterwards. Something happened. They need to pay for his medical care. There training is 5 stars! I took my dog here for training. The young lady did an amazing job. It just 8 weeks Theodore's anxiety was greatly reduced. He does so much better during car rides. He does charge and bark at squirrels during walks. He isn't barking at people during walks. He is such a more happier, calmer, and more confident dog. I can't thank her her enough for what an amazing job she did.

Terrible customer service. Most of the employees know nothing about the products they sell. She went to check and said she did. When I arrived 10 minutes later, there wasn't any on the shelf. When I questioned her, she said she knew nothing about it. There were only two women in the store at the time and one considered herself a"manager" LOL. They both denied talking to me. The saleswoman walked overto the area where the hay and bedding are kept and instead of looking for bedding, she was looking at the HAY!! Apparently, she did not know the difference between hay and bedding. Anyhow, they did not have the bedding I was looking for. Order from Chewy next time.

The Tractor Supply pet clinic was a horror show. The vet is…read morean elderly woman who hose skills have diminished. I had a 15 pound dog and she could not find the vein to draw blood and caused my pet great pain. She then tried a second time and again couldn't find the veins causing pet to scream bloody murder. After she failed twice at her job she offered me a free coupon if I wanted to try again later, meaning even though she failed to do her job twice and caused my dog tremendous pain, I was still expected to pay for the test that wouldn't happen now but I had a coupon so she could stab my dog again. The heavy-set Black wan who handled the payment and paperwork at the end could not have been more rude and dismissive. I asked her a question and she didn't even look up as she waved me away dismissively. Do not take your precious animals here. It's an unfeeling machine and the vet should retire due to finished skills of age.

The pick up experience was reasonable, but when I got home I realized that the spring loaded pins that secure the folding side rails were completely rusted in the sockets and could not be removed. I had to use a hammer and a punch to remove the pins, clean the rust from the pins, use sand paper to remove the rust from the pin sockets, and lubricate the pins and sockets with grease. This should have been done when the TSC associate readied my trailer for pickup. I also had to lubricate all hinge points and latches as everything had exposed rust. I see that the MFG date on this trailer was 4-30-25, so it has been sitting in the weather for quite some time. That was two hours of my life that I can not get back and it should have never happened!

Since our pup had spent his entire life living in a kennel (and didn't know about grass, cars, walks, toys, peanut butter--anything!), we had our work cut out for us. And we're first-time dog owners, to boot. Tricia was recommended to us after I posted on a community Reddit page. She promised to be our one-stop shop for dog help, and she's more than lived up to her promise. Not only did she help us potty-train our one-year-old pup and teach him basic commands, but she's helped us with everything from figuring out doggy daycare, grooming, pet supplies, etc. We see her once a week at our house or at a public place and also answers tons of questions from us via text/email in between sessions. Not only is Tricia great with our pup (he ADORES her), but she's great with us, too. She's super professional and prompt, and is helping us gain confidence as new dog owners. I'd highly recommend her to anyone (and have already recommended her to several friends!).
