I am in love with my puppy. OK, it was a 5 hour round trip for me to get to Pets N Pals, but they…read morewere totally worth it. I talked with multiple people before I got there, and what they did was get to know me so they could find me a puppy who fit my lifestyle and personality. As a result, my puppy and I are a good match for each other: he is perfectly happy in a condo and there is enough space for him when he gets the zoomies. He also has a laid back personality which matches my/my neighbors's needs. They even tried to find me a dog who would match my musical hobbies (yes, music soothes him!). They even sent me home with a puppy pack to help him settle in and keep interested in food during the transfer to a new home, such a stressful time for puppies, and check in to see if he is settling in successfully. My little puppy is a regular member of the clean plate club, he is a James Taylor fan, he is a very chill little man, and settles near me when I play guitar.

The worst pet store I've ever been to in my life. We went there for the guinea pigs. Not only were…read morethe guinea pigs extremely overpriced (80-100$ each) they were also fighting, kept in a dirty cage with dirty water and I spotted multiple guinea pigs that looked extremely sick. I don't expect a pet store to smell nice, but this entire place reeked of dirty bedding. On top of all that, they source their animals from pet mills. I sincerely hope this store gets shut down. One star and I wish I could go lower.

First - I have no association with PetSmart other than (full) paying customer…read more Now...I have had nothing big but good experiences with this grooming location. We have 2 golden retrievers; 1 sweet & goofy and 1 who is half blind & dumb as a bag of hammers but is a really nice guy. They treated both with care and respect and did a good job at a very reasonable price. Don't expect them to read your mind - clearly communicate your expectations and any specific issues your dog may have (blind/bad hips/timid etc). I am happy to recommend them based on my experience so far.

Their grooming is just dangerous. My dog, a sweet, well mannered, shih tzu, was seriously injured…read moreafter being groomed here. He was injured so badly he is having difficulty walking. He won't go on his walks. He is refusing to eat. I had to take him to the emergency vet. I can prove he was fit as a fiddle before his groom because he went to the vet on Monday for his regular annual appointment and was perfectly healthy. Once I picked him up, he was injured. They are denying all responsibility. The fact remains my dog was healthy and not injured before his grooming appointment. Then was seriously injured afterwards. Something happened. They need to pay for his medical care. There training is 5 stars! I took my dog here for training. The young lady did an amazing job. It just 8 weeks Theodore's anxiety was greatly reduced. He does so much better during car rides. He does charge and bark at squirrels during walks. He isn't barking at people during walks. He is such a more happier, calmer, and more confident dog. I can't thank her her enough for what an amazing job she did.

They advertise for grooming cats but have clearly never done it. I've had long haired cats forever…read moreand getting a lion cut is a pretty normal part of that. I called ahead and made sure they actually do this cut and they said "yes no problem". When my husband arrived the groomer (who apparently is the manager) gave him grief about cutting it. He explained we've always given our cats lion cuts. Well, they cut the cats fur dry and clearly saw how uneven and terrible it was but did it anyway. They somehow managed to bathe brush and clip him in under an hour. My dogs who don't get a cut take longer. The pictures speak for themselves. This cut was done by the grooming manager. Terrible. Avoid.

I immediately called the store in hopes of them checking products more carefully but the lady I talked to was completely monotone and seemed to not care. I wouldn't complain if it was a few days but 6 months is just outrageous. Her name was Katherine if I'm not mistaken.

The online ordering experience was fine. I received a text message and an email that said that my…read moretrailer was ready to be picked up. The pick up experience was reasonable, but when I got home I realized that the spring loaded pins that secure the folding side rails were completely rusted in the sockets and could not be removed. I had to use a hammer and a punch to remove the pins, clean the rust from the pins, use sand paper to remove the rust from the pin sockets, and lubricate the pins and sockets with grease. This should have been done when the TSC associate readied my trailer for pickup. I also had to lubricate all hinge points and latches as everything had exposed rust. I see that the MFG date on this trailer was 4-30-25, so it has been sitting in the weather for quite some time. That was two hours of my life that I can not get back and it should have never happened!

Now that I have a bit more bee keeping under my belt, I want to reiterate what a poor nuc purchase…read morethat was. There were definitely not enough bees in either nuc, and selling a nuc with empty frames is really taking advantage of new hobbyists. Not to mention the fact that you MUST give a certificate of inspection with purchases and they failed to do this. Every experienced keeper in the area I've talked to just consoled me for picking a bad company...apparently, their reputation for poor live bees is known in the community. Couple that with no cancellations, all sales final, no refunds, and NOT ANSWERING MY EMAIL/CALL when I realized I had problems with my nucs last summer and I'd strongly recommend avoiding.

I will never return to this store again. About a year ago I bought 2 finches from this store and…read morethey were dead the very next day. I put them in a bag and took them to the store. They were very rude about the entire situation and suggested that it was completely my fault they died. When i informed them that i am an experienced bird owner and have a few birds already they responded with "oh well you must have left them in the car too long" They didn't offer a replacement or my money back. I sure hope they have learned some customer service skills by now!!
