Couple that with no cancellations, all sales final, no refunds, and NOT ANSWERING MY EMAIL/CALL when I realized I had problems with my nucs last summer and I'd strongly recommend avoiding.

He won't go on his walks. He is refusing to eat. I had to take him to the emergency vet. I can prove he was fit as a fiddle before his groom because he went to the vet on Monday for his regular annual appointment and was perfectly healthy. Once I picked him up, he was injured. They are denying all responsibility. The fact remains my dog was healthy and not injured before his grooming appointment. Then was seriously injured afterwards. Something happened. They need to pay for his medical care. There training is 5 stars! I took my dog here for training. The young lady did an amazing job. It just 8 weeks Theodore's anxiety was greatly reduced. He does so much better during car rides. He does charge and bark at squirrels during walks. He isn't barking at people during walks. He is such a more happier, calmer, and more confident dog. The saleswoman walked overto the area where the hay and bedding are kept and instead of looking for bedding, she was looking at the HAY!! It's closest to and shares a space with the new soap shop, Essentially Zen and has the side steps leading up to The Depot Grill. They have tons of items inside and a large raw hide bar area. They had grooming items, leashes, toys, facial cleaner, flea and tick treatments, allergy friendly foods for dogs and cats and loads of treats. I especially like that they have a cooler up front where they have puppy cookies and pastries and little birthday cakes. Staff were friendly and greeted us and offered assistance as needed. While their set up is decent - $20 is an insane price for a single use. No towels, 4 shampoo options, a handful of brushes, and the two tubs with dryers. I'd recommend going to Tractor Supply in Waynesboro for $10 with essentially the same set up for half the cost. The most I'd pay for their set up would be $15 just because the equipment is nicer.

The equipment was easy to use and they had an oatmeal bath option - which was handy for my dog. I have a corgi who is well behaved but takes a while to dry. I've picked him up from groomers still wet. I was able to take extra time so that he left dry! It was such a relief as he gets hot spots when not fully dried. It's the first time he's been groomed and not spent the rest of the day itchy.

The Tractor Supply pet clinic was a horror show. The vet is…read morean elderly woman who hose skills have diminished. I had a 15 pound dog and she could not find the vein to draw blood and caused my pet great pain. She then tried a second time and again couldn't find the veins causing pet to scream bloody murder. After she failed twice at her job she offered me a free coupon if I wanted to try again later, meaning even though she failed to do her job twice and caused my dog tremendous pain, I was still expected to pay for the test that wouldn't happen now but I had a coupon so she could stab my dog again. The heavy-set Black wan who handled the payment and paperwork at the end could not have been more rude and dismissive. I asked her a question and she didn't even look up as she waved me away dismissively. Do not take your precious animals here. It's an unfeeling machine and the vet should retire due to finished skills of age.

The online ordering experience was fine. I received a text message and an email that said that my…read moretrailer was ready to be picked up. The pick up experience was reasonable, but when I got home I realized that the spring loaded pins that secure the folding side rails were completely rusted in the sockets and could not be removed. I had to use a hammer and a punch to remove the pins, clean the rust from the pins, use sand paper to remove the rust from the pin sockets, and lubricate the pins and sockets with grease. This should have been done when the TSC associate readied my trailer for pickup. I also had to lubricate all hinge points and latches as everything had exposed rust. I see that the MFG date on this trailer was 4-30-25, so it has been sitting in the weather for quite some time. That was two hours of my life that I can not get back and it should have never happened!
