The team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive - any questions were answered instantly. Quaility service is ongoing. It does not end with the inital installation. What stood out the most is how strongly they stand by their product. It gave me real confidence knowing they back their work and are committed to customer satisfaction. The installation process was smooth, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a reliable solar company that delivers both quality product and outstandfing service, I highly recommend Aneva Solar. ---Janet L - Goodyear AZ

I chose Aneva Solar after receiving multiple bids from several companies, and it was absolutely the…read moreright decision. Their warranty stood out immediately as being far superior to the others, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. What really set them apart was their full-service approach. They handled everything--from HOA approval and permitting to system design--making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Unlike other companies I spoke with that rely heavily on sales reps and subcontractors, Aneva completes all work in-house, which made a big difference to me. The installation team was outstanding--professional, polite, and very respectful of my home. They kept the work area clean throughout the process, and even went the extra mile in small ways (one of the installers even brought cookies for my dogs!). Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The installation quality, communication, and follow-up have all been excellent. I highly recommend Aneva Solar to anyone considering going solar.

We have had to replace…read moreour solar inverter one time due to a malfunctioning part that actually burnt up inside the unit. Recently, I was alerted to the fact that our solar had stopped working six weeks ago when I got a surprise APS bill. I tried to find a number to call and stumbled on all these negative reviews. After reading them, I was full of righteous indignation and I called prepared to do battle and wait up to 60 days for my system to be repaired. I was super surprised when I ended up spending less than 20 minutes on the phone with them. They had been trying to contact me using an old number and had even tried sending a tech out to my house once while I was not home, so they weren't able to access my inverter. After my call, a tech came out two days later and was able to fix my inverter with just a software code change. He was here 15 minutes and my inverter is happily chugging away. While I'm pretty sure they could have done a better job of trying to contact me (tech could have left a note when they were at my home, could have mailed me an actual letter, etc.) I'm very satisfied with their speed of service and diligence. Each person I spoke to was professional and polite and made sure to stay on the call until they were sure I'd been successfully transferred to the appropriate party. I hope I don't need more service for a while, but it seems like they were on it this time.

It was very disappointing to experience a total failure of Tesla Inverter within 18 months of its…read moreoriginal installation. The system with 2 inverters and 16KW Solar panels was installed during Mid-November of 2024, one of the two inverters suddenly failed with 0% production of energy on March-13th-2026. The frustrating part is the customer service; After trying to reset the system several times, I used my Tesla App to reach out to customer support, however their response time to my query was 5-7 business days. I had to wait till Monday March-16-2026 to speak to one of their team members, after ~ 30 mins of hold/talk time they enabled me to schedule an appointment through my Tesla App. The appointment currently is for April-22nd-2026. They need ~ 5 weeks to have their technician come and take a look at what exactly is the issue ! This is just for assessing/investigating the issue, most probably some hardware component of the inverter needs to be replaced, which may take more time since Tesla needs to order the failed parts. I regret my decision to go with Tesla Solar system, I did not do my research well before deciding on the vendor. This is a lesson learnt the hard way for me. After sales service is an important aspect before we buy any thing which has a high probability of failures.

We signed a contract with Inty Power in 7/2024, copy of contract available. Our issues started immediately as per contract our battery was to be installed in our garage but permit person for solar company secured permits for exterior mounting. This was not what we agreed to in the contract. Phone calls were made day of installation and battery was placed in the garage. We were not informed that the permit would have to be resubmitted. Which took over three months to be done and approved. During those three months they also had our original solar turn off, which we weren't aware of. (as of todays date 12/21/2024 original solar is still not on). One issue was a heat sensor which took 3 times for the work to be done properly. Cosmetic work has not been addressed. On 12/05/2024 the tech came out and found multiple issue with the new solar system including string 2 and 3 of new system not working at all. He addressed this issue. While working on system we found that the company had permanently disconnected the old system, which of course was not supposed to happen. Inty Solar has failed to meet 2 months activation date. We have had to pay APS bills over double the cost of our typical bill due to the disconnection of our old system. The cost of the old system was over $30,000.00. On 12/16/2024 we were informed that they would be out in January to complete project, supposedly. BIG MISTAKE

They don't reach out to me, they don't show, they don't repair the panels. It takes several calls over weeks or sometimes months before they get a technician out. I just got off the phone for two panels being out for the past several months. Again, they assure me I will have my problem resolved soon. I went through Solar Sandy, a woman who advertises to get your solar set up with no payments and a good company. She makes promises too which I feel are deceptive and in this case, the company she set me up with has not been very good in their services. I would not recommends either of them right now.

There were a lot of great reviews for Sunny Energy when we decided to go with them in December of…read more2022 and it was one of the reasons why we decided to go with Sunny Energy. I was most impressed by people saying what a great service experience they received. It's now May of 2023, the solar has been installed for about two months. The one hiccup we had with Sunny Energy was in regard to the contract. We were told one payment schedule on the phone and when we received the contract it was a different payment schedule. The salesperson explained that they had changed their payment schedule two weeks prior, and he had unfortunately forgot to quote us the new schedule. After the contract was signed the process was fast and Sunny Energy did everything they needed to do and there were no delays on their part. Everyone communicated along the way. All the communication was professional and timely. When there were delays in the process it was in no way Sunny Energy's fault. The biggest delay was after the system was completely installed and we had to wait for APS to give the Permission to Operate. In fact, once they had approval and permits and could move forward with the installation, they had an opening and they installed four days later. The crew that came out to do the installation was great and did a good job. They were easy to talk to and listened to what we had to say. The installation was rather painless and went well. After the system was installed, we received a phone call and email from what I believe is the head of customer service to schedule a virtual walk through. When we didn't respond and book a virtual walk through on the first email a second one came which was a great follow up. However, I would have preferred an in-person walk-through. I made the mistake of not asking if one was possible and it turns out after talking to Sunny Energy after the fact, I could have requested one. By that time the email asking to schedule came with a link to a video of the walk through and that had enough information, so it wasn't an issue thereafter. Our solar system is generating enough energy now that we are receiving credits from APS and electric bills for $0 with additional dollar credits still on file with them. I am pleased with the solar system that was purchased, the time to install, the work that was done and the system is operating as promised. I am also thrilled with the SolarEdge inverter and the app that goes with it and would highly recommend that people ask for the SolarEdge inverter and support equipment. If I need any additions to my solar system in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Sunny Energy.

Let's put it this way. More than likely, we are screwed by this company. My husband and I had…read morepurchased solar panels from Sunny Energy a little less than 4 years ago. Things have been great up until we noticed a small leak on our roof about 2 months ago. We've had multiple roofers come and provide an estimate, which they've advised us the leak is coming from underneath the solar panels. They also informed us that the leak appeared to have developed over a few years. Mind you, our home was built 4 years ago. Therefore, we should not have roofing issues this soon. The only way the roofers will fix the issue is if the lower row of panels come off. They recommended we contact the solar company to have them removed. We've attempted to contact every single phone line that we have for Sunny Solar Energy and all of them either go straight to VM or the line is busy. I've also placed multiple work orders to have the panels removed and evaluated for damages to my roof. We have not received one response. We didn't even receive a confirmation that the work orders were received. So we did a little research and found within the past year, people have been having the same issues as us, not getting a hold of Sunny Energy. We also found out that they filed bankruptcy in July of 2024. As you can imagine, we are not happy about this. My last attempt is to visit the office in Tempe, AZ in hopes that someone will be there to talk to me. Definitely not the best way to find out your solar panel company is useless. We are at a loss now and not sure what to do. Very disappointed, upset, and frustrated with this company.
