It's common sense and comes off as cheap and lazy to not address this out of the gate. I now have a several months-out appointment to get this installed. In the past 2 weeks I have had 4 dead birds fall out onto the side yard and clear damages I'm hoping gets cleaned up prior to the netting install. All of this could be avoided with a thorough company that took pride in their work. Scott Czosnyka was my rep and I could not say enough good things about him. An excellent guy who is great at what he does. It was a pleasure working with him.

The project manager Paula communicated with me every step of the way and her crew arrived as scheduled. They performed the job quickly and left everything organized and off to the side while the roof was replaced. Once the roof was replaced there was a slight delay in getting the panels reinstalled, but Paula let me know right away of the delay and her crew arrived as promised to reattach the panels. They quickly reinstalled the panels and left the sight very clean (as if they had not been there at all). I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication and courtesy shown by Green Muscle Solar. We all hate to shell out a few thousand dollars for these types of projects, but it makes it less painful when you deal with a company who goes above and beyond to get the job done.

The install went quick and the crew was professional and friendly. Our Project manager, Jacqueline was always cheerful and made sure she answered our questions adequately. My only disappointment if I can call it that, was the wait time from the install completion date to the APS connection date. Apparently the same wait time is industry wide.
