When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. Clearly, T&K takes pride in their work and craft and confirms the work is done right. Highly recommend.

He continued trying to give his sales pitch. When I interrupted him, told him we weren't interested in any solicitors, he again ignored me and began his pitch again. I then informed him that I wanted him to leave my property and they he was trespassing. He refused to leave the property and began arguing with me. I asked him 2 more times to leave my property which he also refused. I then walked outside, took a picture of his license plate and called the non emergency police line. I informed him that was what I was doing and he began cursing at me. He used multiple expletives and tried to block me from taking a picture of his company cars license plate. I've filed a police report against the company and I'd suggest not working with companies who's employees don't respect peoples privacy or requests to leave property when instructed to do so over and over again.

When I gave her my peak and off season electricity usage, which is typical for my 3 YO house, she told me that I was only going to save about 30 dollars per month, and my ROI (return on investment) was going to be at least 25 years. My research that I have done when I decided to invest in a solar and a battery system don't match what garbage she was feeding me. Interviews with my neighbors who have existing systems, and my usage vs solar generation calculations don't match what she claimed. Even if my ROI calculations are off, it is not a 25 year ROI. I would have liked to get an actual written quote from this business, but they obviously are not interested in selling me a residential solar and battery system.

When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. Jim came up with a system design that has far exceeded what I initially had in mind. My primary goal was to fully cover APSs demand charges / peak hours. After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Bottom line we could not be happier with the entire process and results. And as others have said pricing was much better than the other quotes!

I contacted Chuck with Brighton EV and he was somewhat prompt in returning my call and scheduling some time to come to my home to give me a quote on installing the wall connector. We set up the visit for January 8th between 8am and 9am. Chuck messaged me the day before and asked if it was ok if it was more like 9:15-9:30 because he was training a new employee. I said it was fine. Chuck didn't show up to my home until about 10:45am and he was unprepared. He said he left his glasses in his truck and couldn't read the amperage of any of my breakers or the wattage on my water heater and had to have his trainee read them. He also seemed to not be actively listening to me as I told him I had 2 air conditioners and when the trainee was reading off the breakers he mentioned a/c one and a/c two but at the end of the visit Chuck said, "Oh, you have two air conditioners?" He explained that I would need a permit from the Town of Gilbert, which I confirmed as accurate. He said that the Town charges $150 for the permit but that if I didn't need a permit he'd knock $100 off of the install. Ummm, where's the other $50 going then? He also explained that he would send me an estimate and if I was ok with everything I would accept the estimate and pay a $100 deposit. The estimate never showed up. A few days later he called me and said he had his engineers working on this and it wasn't looking good. Overall he kept making this project seem like it was a larger project than it really is. Tons of people in my condo community have EV chargers in their garages so I'm not sure why this was such a challenge for Chuck. I decided to go with another company for the install. I was not going to hire Chuck based solely on the fact that he was over an hour late to the appointment. But then there were all these other aggravating factors and when he finally did show up, he wasn't prepared.

I'm ready to call another solar company to finish the job and just keep my panels and not pay them. Take my advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. My neighbor across the street used a different company and her panels were put up about a week before ours and her system's been running for 4 months. I wish I would have used that company.
